Lucie was excellent and explained each product to us in detail, made my parents feel comfortable and the overall experience was out of this world. Chloe is fairly new to Eden but was equally amazing to deal with. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone, the Company should be very proud of these 2 members of staff. 👏🏻

Rachel and Ryan were brilliant in the store, I called in to ask about a cabin car and they explained all the benefits and spoke me through the motability scheme.
They allowed me to try the chair and it was a great deal for £999.
I can't wait until it is delivered and I can rest my legs and relax with a massage and heating.

Huge Thank you to Lucie and Max Eden Mobility Oldham
Max and Lucie at Eden Mobility in Oldham, were absolutely brilliant when I took my mum to try out a mobility scooter for the first time. They helped us to choose the correct scooter for my mums needs, showed us how to fold the scooter, change the handle bar height and angle, explained how to work the scooter and charge the battery.
At 83yrs mum was nervous but they were patient and understanding, very caring and supportive enough that she had the confidence to try a test drive.
Now my mum is looking forward to her new scooter being delivered and giving her greater mobility and independence.
Thank you so much Lucie and Max. My mum will be happy to see you again at a Friday coffee morning where she will arrive on her new scooter feeling very fortunate for the help you gave her in gaining mobility freedom.

Another EdenMobility Scooter Bought
Just passing Eden in Oldham on my mobility scooter. Spoke to staff member Rachel as she was outside and my husband and I went in to have a look around as my mobility scooter was getting a bit tired and dated. We explained that I needed something more car boot friendly and lighter than the one I was using. I gave the Eden Airscape a test drive, OMG what an amazing scooter. Lighter on the controls and back rest was more comfortable. After consideration and wonderful customer service by Rachel, Lucy and Max my husband paid for a new one. Lucy the Store Manager offered us a refreshment and biscuits. I asked questions about the scooter and it's specifications, instantly answered, very knowledgeable about their products instore as well as customers needs. We cannot thank the friendly and attentive staff enough and would highly recommend anyone needing disability scooters or aids. A well presented Store with excellent products and super attentive staff.
