Ryan was absolutely brilliant
Ryan was absolutely brilliant, very polite,listened to what we were looking for. He explained about refurbished and brand new including insurance. Told us about the offers that was on,one being the sale plus free insurance for a month. Let me use the mobility scooter outside. I would definitely recommend this shop and to see Ryan. If I need anything else I will definitely be going back.

A lovely man called Ryan helped me
I was met with a lovely man called Ryan when I entered the store ,he was very patient and got to know exactly what I need showed me a few options and helped me see the best one for what I needed I went ahead with that choice that day I didn't need to go anywhere else ryan was very friendly very knowledgeable would definitely recommend this place for all mobility needs and will definitely be going back 😀

Ryan gives amazing customer service
Visited with my Nan to get a new walker. Was served by Ryan who gave amazing service. Really engaged with Nan and let her take her time to make her choice. Gave a full demo and made sure it was set up perfectly. Then was really funny during the boring admin bit and made Nan laugh. Amazing service all round. Thanks Ryan!

I went into Eden Portsmouth to purchase a walking stick. Ryan served me. Showed me various models and when I had chosen my walking stick Ryan made sure of the correct height for me. Very happy with service today 😁

Excellent service
I went in for a commode. They didn’t have it in stock, but phoned another branch which fortunately did have one. They went over and picked it up and dropped it to my address. Absolutely brilliant service from Ryan and Paul, very much appreciated. Also very happy with the commode.

I called in to buy a walking cane tip…
I called in to buy a walking cane tip for a relative. I needed one that would enable the cane to stand upright when not being used. Ryan found the perfect one and it seems to do the job very well although it has only been I use for a day so far.
Very friendly and efficient would definitely use again.

I bought a rise and recline chair costing over £2,000 from Eden Mobility in Portsmouth. On arrival the chair didn't work.
Another chair was ordered and delivered a few days later, this chair broke down two weeks later.
Getting through to after sales was very difficult.
I'm the meantime my father was being hoisted.
The new chair finally arrived.
Back in September I wrote a letter of complaint about our experience to the Head office in Scunthorpe.
I have yet to receive a reply.

The Eden Mobility are one of the best in the business.
As soon as I showed an interest in the mobility scooters a friendly assistant came over and asked if I needed some help with the products, I said yes and we got to talking which put me at ease, I offered a brief outline of my circumstances and looked around for a more comfortable Mobility scooter as the one I have is not so comfy, the Lady assistant called to her colleague and gave details of what I was looking for, once we had established that I was able to go for a brief trial run to get the feel of it and was satisfied to go ahead with the plan, I paid £500 deposit and agreed I would collect in a couple of weeks when a rain cover would have hopefully been available, I was very happy with the service given, many thanks.
