Advice without pressure
Amanda was very helpful choosing which rollator would be best suited for my wife, offering guidance without any pressure to purchase one. After thinking it over for a couple days we chose a carbon one. The price online was cheaper than the shop price (website had not been updated) but Amanda price matched the online price.

Appalling
Appalling! My partner has used this company through PIP motability for a mobility scooter for the past 3 years. Without the scooter she has no independence and can't leave the house. Repeated brake downs of the scooter and Eden take weeks to come and fix the issue. This last time the scooter stopped working Eden were called, a few weeks later sent an engineer who stated they needed to order parts to fix the issue, so again waited weeks for the parts to be ordered. When they finally arrived to fix the issue 8 weeks later, the engineer opened the box with the parts only to realise the part wasn't in the box. Total incompetence which has severely affected her mental health. Eden should be ashamed of themselves. Not fit for purpose! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very efficient service
We were looking for a newer mobility scooter for my wife’s uncle. Online we saw the ideal scooter but it was in Stockport and we are in Scunthorpe. Diane arranged everything and we bought it before seeing it as it looked brand new. Very efficient service which I would highly recommend.

From the moment we entered the store we was made so welcome by a polite young lady called Sarah Tochey, she made us feel so welcome. We only was making enquiries to see if you sell suction grab bars for the shower, and yes you did. I have just had a shoulder replacenent and wanted this item to give me a bit of reassurance in the shower, Sarah could of not been more helpful. We was soon sorted and on our way, nothing was too much trouble.

Spent a relaxing morning in Eden mobility Scunthorpe today. Was looking for a new dual recliner and mobility scooter with captains seat. Nick didn't rush me. Advised me to try multiple chairs. To get the right height and comfort. Plugging plugs in and then on to the next chair. !! Giving great advice and knowledge all the time.
Also helped me find a great scooter just what I was looking for.
I cannot thank him enough for his help and expertise. Know where I'll be heading for any more of my mobility needs. Well stocked shop. Great service.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Bought an Acorn stairlift in Dec 25, last week 6th Feb it broke and wouldn't go all the way to top unless it was turned off and then on again. We were told it was probably a battery charging fault, so we left it charging all weekend and it still doesn't work properly.
The biggest mobility retailer said they can't get anyone round to fix it for 8 days.
This is absolutely disgusting customer service. They're happy to take your money quick enough!!
UPDATE
We received a phone call from Steve, the service Manager on Thursday evening. He apologised profusely and said an engineer would be with us next working day. Friday morning at half past 8, the engineer arrived and fixed the fault in 20 minutes.
We feel that if we hadn't raised this issue by writing a 1 star review , we would still be waiting. However many thanks to Steve for getting it sorted.
We have now uprated the review to a 3 star.
