Went in about my dodgy breaks out and he sorted it there and then also IV been having problems with other things with a different scooter and he was really really helpful and very very supportive he's given me so much advice on a problem with my others and the fear I was in about another company I'm so so so greatful for everything they've helped me today and the reassurance they've given me is absolutely outstanding both my guardian angels I was suicidal and in tears bit now IV got a plan of action and support in what I now need to do I couldn't have wished for or hoped for

Stockport store staff are so friendly and helpful. Tony & Emily helped me locate the best walking stick, they adjusted it to my height and let me walked around the store with it before confirming that I wanted to buy it. Brilliant! I'll be back.

We had a problem with our scooter. No electrics
We had a problem with our scooter.
He went above the call of duty in looking after us and sorting out why there was no electric. He not only fixed the problem, but polished the scooter.

Went into the stockport branch and was welcomed by Tony, I was looking for a mobility scooter and Tony was so helpful, we decided on the Monarch Genie Auto, 2 weeks on from having it and it's been the best decision, went in to the mobility shop again today to get a cover for it and Tony was there he came out gave it a polish for me which was lovely, overall I'm 100% satisfied with scooter and the service Tony provided.

If I could give zero stars I would…
If I could give zero stars I would absolutely waste of space would recommend this company to anyone my father in law purchased an electronic scooter he had and accident and the wires came loose he had payed them to fix the scooter and has waited more than 5 weeks actually he's still waiting for it to be fixed I've just come of the fone to them a manger couldn't of cared less couldn't even give a date for it to be fixed and basically laughing down the fone they had nearly £3000 for this scooter clearly once they get your Money they don't care at all my father in law has terminal cancer and has mobility issue and has struggled for the last 5 weeks he brought that scooter for more independence and Eiden mobilty have basically taken his freedom away from him with the promise of fixing the scooter and haven't shame on you wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them because all they care about is money not helping people

Tony, the manager, is super friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in to the store. I explained my needs for a lightweight foldable wheeled walker and his suggestion was perfect. I'd already tried three other mobility store and left without buying.That was last summer and it's still going strong. I use it almost every day on local shopping trips by foot, folded up in the car boot and I've taken it abroad with no difficulty at the airports.
