Oops the wrong one !
I accidentally ordered the wrong product and emailed to explain. I received a prompt reply to say if my product hadn't left the warehouse they would exchange it for the correct product . This is what happened the next day . Thank you Eden for your customer centered service !

Good quality books sold at a reasonable cost and the church leader's discount is much appreciated. The books arrived well packaged and within 48 hours of ordering. The Books are well bound and coloured - just right for reception class children.

Lost order
Ordered a product on the 31st of May. No sign of delivery, and Eden still taken payment out. Tried their customer service email and no response (sent over a week ago). Really shocked at the poor level of customer service.

I ordered a new Service Register after our previous one fell victim to a flood. The book arrived very promptly. What I would say is that I would have appreciated the opportunity to see inside the Register before buying, as the columns are rather more cramped than in the old one. I might have made a different choice if an internal view had been possible.
