I recently made two orders from Eden & Willow. In my first order one of my items was missing. I contacted them and received great customer service from Soroush. He dealt with my query quickly and efficiently and apologised for the error and sent out a replacement straight away.
My orders were received quickly and I love the children’s bamboo sets so much that I ordered a few ready for first birthdays and Christmas presents.
