EdFirst have been so helpful and have really gone the extra mile in helping me create our company profile. They have always been on hand to answer any questions, and nothing is too much trouble. I am excited about working with them even more now as the profile they have created looks great, and has really saved me time - plus mine would never have looked as good as the one they created for me.

Spoke with these guys after a previous colleague had signed up to them and left the business. got through to Matt who was extremely helpful in changing over our details, revamping our personal company profile and explaining where we can be promoted to their members.

He explained the benefits of improving our profile and reaching out to others. Matthew explained how to set it up and use it to great advantage, I was really impressed at how many tenders were available. We are very pleased with the fee they charge for this service. I agreed to sign up as a sole Recruiter in my local area. So far none of the tender documents have been in my local area and only one for recruitment in London. I then had a call from Kirk promising to put me in touch with local Acadamy's and paying an additional cost of the design team and nothing. Won't return calls, emails, Tom who allegedly runs the show won't respond. Complete waste of money.

Very happy with our profile and level of service provided by EdFirst.

21/2/19 - Amazing Service

I didn't feel my profile was attractive enough for potential clients, so I called Matt for some expertise and was very impressed to say the least with his knowledge and professionalism. Matt Explained how to navigate round the sites and helped refine my profile to make it relevant to my industry. I cant recommend Matthew Right enough he is exceptional in his role and has installed some confidence that this model will work.

I'm looking forward to see how this will boost my business!

18/2/2019 : I sat staring at my web profile really at lost as how to manage the pages. i decided to call edfirst to at lest get some guidance of where to start.
I got Matt whom put me at ease straight away, after looking into my personal website told me leave it with him. Wow within 2 hours i was smiling so much i now had a lovely edfirst website which have now given me confident.
Matthew Wright also broke down how the service work and how edfirst support you branching out.
Am a genuine member whom was full of doubt to now feeling so positive.
I was buying into the negative, then decided to call for support so glad i did!

As I dont really know what I'm doing technology wise and time is very limited for me, I was offered help with my profile free of charge because it was picked up that it could be improved upon to promote my devices and I was so happy with the results.

This review is based on my initial impressions after recently taking out a subscription, plus also the experience of the EdFirst Telesales team. I also plan to write a further review later based on business and revenue generated.

It would be fair to say I definitely had some reservations prior to taking out the subscription to this service. I had some general worries regarding how much revenue it might generate for my business, plus also whether it was a legitimate service. However, after some significant due diligence and contact with a relevant customer reference I agreed to join up.

The sales process was very well handled. The team were a little pushy, but nothing other than what you would expect from a team trying to sell business subscriptions. My contact point, Kirsty, was extremely patient whilst I satisfied myself of the pros/cons of joining. We had multiple discussions and each time Kirsty was able to confidently respond to my fears/concerns, acting professionally at all times.

Overall I am very happy with the experience of EdFirst so far. There were a couple of small set-up issues, but these have all been very quickly rectified these without fuss.

Look out for my later review after I have been able to measure revenue flow from this subscription. It will hopefully be an equally positive review.

Great service.. I have been with edfirst (school supplies service) for two years and have just renewed for my third year. I hold a construction firm and won a contract year one and had 3 bookings year two for maintanace.I am writing this review as I have no problem recommending others as i have done. Thanks guys

Signed up with edfirst to cover work for private and academy schools looking after drainage issues, work started to filter thorugh within a couple of weekd through both the website and the tender platform. Needed help with tenders which Richard talked me through

fairly low investment for the return that I have had and have been able to setup a couple of ongoing contracts with schools in the local area and so have renewed for another year

Staff are very helpful and helped me setup my online profile to best market me.

Signed up with edfirst 6 months ago, was slightly dubious but worth a punt for price.

Completed works for new computer suite during the holidays making this more than worth the investment, along with various smaller jobs.

Happy to recommend the services they offer
