Very fast and efficient service. They were out of my original choice. (Had not been updated on website). I found out shortly after placing my order. I changed to another model and got it with the original shipping date. Fast.

I ordered directly from an email about a 2018 Christmas special for certain sets. Spent roughly $250 USD. Reached out multiple times still waiting on a reply from the company...all of 1 year later

It’s been almost a month and I still didn’t get what I ordered.

This is a 2.5 year review of the Kuro Hana Kickstarter.

I fell in love with their design the moment I saw them and knew I had to get hold of a set.

Their knives have lasted daily use and with regular care are as good as the day I bought them... A few minor cosmetic scratches on the handles aside, they are still in perfect condition.

I am hoping they will last me a lifetime since they are beautiful and sharp as... well.. knives.

If I have a couple of criticisms, they would be the advertising: Seriously horrid adverts featuring clearly inappropriate models who obviously don't know how to hold a knife.

Also, their black diamond knife block looked cool but is difficult to place knives in and the matte plastic coating is wearing off, leaving unattractive shiny patches. This does not affect the functionality of the knives.

Beautiful knives but the smallest of the set has 2 chips in the cutting edge after minimal use in a home kitchen. I ordered the set through the CrowdOx campaign. Also agree with the review that the knife block is hazardous. It is also just plastic.

Really high quality materials and design. Couldn’t be happier. Delivery was very prompt. Professional service and products. Excellent!!!!!

I just received the Shiroi Hana Mega Set, plus a grater and a honing rod. The grater is huge, the handle doesn't look like the rest of the set. The XL knife block, hits each other when put the knives into it. The Magnum knife is huge, which i also expected and it is nice! But the normal knife set, the blades on them is so small it dosn't look like it did on the campaign. I expected a normal size chef knife. The bread knife got soft edges, and the knives isn't that sharp. I am quite disapointed. Yeah then last of i didn't receive any tracking number, and the blades arrived 2 months later than expected, but thats kickstarter.

Bought EoB products (knife and block) some time ago and after some time Quality issues appeared. EoB was kind enough to replace the whole set and block in no time! Excellent customer service and excellent commitment! Can only recommend the service and hope other companies would be as helpfull as EoB. Thanks!

I have enjoyed my first knife and cutting board from them and I can't wait to get my second set of knifes. Great price through Kickstarter and this is my third project that I'm a backer. It's a wonderful company!!!!

Ordered the Arondight set of steak knives. The picture on the website clearly shows serrated edges. We were sent razor sharp small handled knives without the standard serrated edge of a steak knife. Not what we wanted or ordered. Attempts to contact customer services have gone by unanswered. Very poor service.

I received all the orders in excellent condition. I've finally given them to my friends as a gift. They loved the set the same way I do mine. Thank you, Nadia (Customer Service), for assisting on the delivery. Appreciate it a lot!

The website is easy to use and their knives ship quickly.

It's interesting that I am finding others having the same problem not having their emails regarding missing items answered. I ordered the cleaver & the updated Magnum Black Diamond on Feb 15, 2018. In the fall of 2018 I received the cleaver, which I use all the time, but never received the magnum black diamond. I sent EOB several emails that went unanswered and another tonight so hopefully, I will hear back. I did hear back previously regarding missing cutting boards. It seems a common problem that items are not sent. Hopefully, the shipping process can get on track.

At first I ordered the Galantine knife set and soon after realized it wasn’t for me. I spoke with an Edge of Belgravia representative and was able to get my original collection replaced with the Arondight. They were very friendly and very supportive in the process and now my roommates and I are enjoying these knives.

Beautiful and highly efficient products, we had bought the ceramic primal set and were delighted with them in every way until 2 of the small knives broke. Customer services replaced them with a full new set. Thankyou Belgravia for such efficient and customer centered service!

The knives are great but their customer service is non existent.
I had ordered a set of 3 knives for my husband for Christmas but only one knife arrived in Australia. I have since emailed customer service, sales and management but no one has ever responded. I am so disappointed.

Update 19/2/19 - after posting this review I was contacted by Nadia and she worked to resolve the problem. I'm happy to say that I have now received the missing knives, plus an additional knife in way of apology. I am changing my review to 4 stars.
