Edgeofbelgravia offers striking and sharp knives that are impressive visually and functionally. However, there are issues with their customer service and quality assurance. Some buyers faced problems with damaged products and difficulty obtaining refunds. Additionally, unexpected delivery costs can be a frustrating experience. While the knives themselves have potential, the overall experience is mixed, making it a hit or miss.

To my astonishment, I had to pay an additional 40 euros for an order of 45.70 pounds. The DHL supplier charged this amount on delivery, 18€ handling fee and 22€ import VAT. The package is definitely going back and was not accepted by me.

As great as I think the spatulas are, I am not prepared to pay this high sum. I'd rather buy cheap spatulas from Amazon, as unfortunate as it is. But there I get a lot more for €80.

The Knives are amazing. They are an eye catcher and have very good quality. I bought a second set as gift for my mom. We are absolutely satisfied.

I have 2 knife sets from this company and was once upon a time very impressed with their customer service and quality control.

I recently purchased their galantine knife set because of how much I like their products but was immediately disappointed with the product quality (they feel cheap, light {in a negative way}, and very tin-ee. One of the blade came damaged (metal grating on the spine of the blade). So I contacted customer support and requested a refund for the DAMAGED PRODUCT, to which I was told they could not offer a refund because I opened the box (which was hel together by two pieces of tape). If a company can't deliver an undamaged product and is unwilling to offer a refund when they do, that company isn't worth doing business with. If you pay a gardener to plant flowers and he plants dead flowers and then refuses to refund your money, you wouldn't hire him again right?

Fast delivery! Good knives, stylish and sharp. The 19cm Chef knife is really a bit big than I expected, but still love it.

Good packaging and wrapping ensuring no damage incurred during transit and smart presentation for a gift.

I haven’t opened the box yet and have no doubt I will be pleased with the purchase but the parcel had my next door neighbours address on it despite giving the correct address which I double checked in my email.

Love the knives, they’re very comfortable and the balance is spot on. The rubber grip on the lime green handles and black blade looks very modern. The other chefs have also taking a liking. I got set of 6 with block and now I want more knives to fill the block up. Very happy with price with nice discount and delivery was fast. Would highly recommend to any chef or anyone who loves cooking from home.

As usual, good product, good customer service. There was a small customs duty to be paid when delivered to the EU, which was not mentioned upfront. So delivery took a few days more as I was not aware of that. Other than that, it was a good experience.
