The knives are EXCELLENT
The knives are EXCELLENT, a really fantastic product, I highly recommend. They also had fantastic customer service. When I explained they had accidentally sent me the wrong knives, they immediately responded and told me I would be receiving another set of knives within a couple of days, free of charge. Edge of Belgravia clearly care about their customers, and I will be buying from here again for myself and as gifts.

Terrible returns management
Terrible returns management. Waiting nearly a month for my returned item to be refunded - customer service team slow to respond and not able to easily track when items arrive back to them. Very disappointed as a previously happy customer.

We ordered a knife and pan set to be delivered to us in Dubai. There was a bit of an issue with delivery during lockdown but the customer service team were amazing dealing with it.
Also, the products are very good. Definitely the best knife set we have ever owned.

Great customer service, poor entry level knives.
Great customer service, poor entry level knives.
I got a 6' galatine chef knife on a black friday sale and was perplexed at its weight distribution and odd inability to cut cleanly and effectively.
However I assumed the cutting issue must have been a QC problem and customer service personel were fantastic; they replaced the product almost instantly. Unfortunately, the same issues are present with this new knife.
I have a feeling that the larger chef's knife would be more balanced and effective. As it stands these are pretty to look at and are better than nothing at their intended use, but it is very hard to recommend this particular product from EoB.
