Brilliant service , brilliant knives , would highly recommend

Although I received damaged knives an online chat with maya and sending some photos I was sent a brand new set the following day excellent customer service

Edge of Belgravia provides excellent knives and accessories (chopping boards, knife blocks etc) of superior quality at a very good price. I have recommended them to most of my friends and they in turn have sung their praises. Highly recommended.

They ship your items from Antioch Tennessee. but when you want to return an item, they want you to send it to the UK. What a joke?

Nevermind the quality of craftsmanship--they're already known for that. What I'd like to rate is the outstanding Customer Service I received. I placed an order for a knife block which arrived promptly but unfortunately damaged (it happens). I emailed the company and was immediately greeted with an apology and promise to make it right. Two days later I had a replacement knife block waiting at my door, and that arrived in perfect condition.

I had placed an order but forgotten my phone number and was promptly emailed to give my contact details for the delivery partner. At that time I asked if I could add items I had wished I processed and was emailed a separate updated invoice which as soon as I paid updated my order.
It was so seamless and all from around the other side of the world to me !

I chose your product because I wanted to Buy British (and support the British steel industry) rather than replace my American micro plane which I love. I was thrilled when I found your product and thought it was British Made. Yes it’s designed here, and it’s an impressive item, but I was horrified to find it’s made in China!

Super sharp, great quality knives with fast delivery.

Great knives and cutting board. I have never owned knives so sharp and the knife block and cutting board look so smart. Perfect for any kitchen.

Utter garbage. Ive tried to like this company but everything i buy, despite looking fantastic, quickly falls apart or has issues.
Ive purchased a knife set, i was an early backer and purchaser of their fry pans, ive bought the cutting board, ive bought steak knives.
Ive hand washed everything. Ive treated everything with care.
The first knife set had 3 blades detach from their handles while being dried. The second set to replace the first had the black peeling off the handle after only a few months use. A piece of blade chipped off the other day. Again, always hand washed.
The black steak knives have rusted after less than 3 month ownership. There is rust on the blade and the handle is peeling.
The fry pan handles are loose after being used once and sitting in a drawer for over 6 months. Not to mention the design is stupid and makes the pan basically unusable.
The quality of their products is atrocious. They look incredible which is what drew and still draws me to them. Knowing how bad they are im still tempted to buy more because of how they look.but i wont. Ive learnt my lesson.
Dont waste your money. There are better quality products. No I’m not a troll. I just dont like wasting money.

Very happy with the purchase. Nice quality feel to the knife set and love the knife block. Unsure I like the fact the largest chef knife protrudes out of the block ever so slightly, but it's pointing away from small hands. Service was good and delivery fast. Overall happy with the purchase price and would recommend.

Having used the meat carving knife once to slice up a pork joint, the knife has started to show signs of corrosion. The knife was washed and dried immediately after use. There are also signs of corrosion appearing on the large chef knife. To start corroding so quickly is very disappointing. This has been reported to edge of belgravia but so far, just some instructions and guidance on how to prevent this happening and how to try and remove it have been provided.

So, from being happy I'm now disappointed to see the product is not to the quality it appears to be on looks.
