Had the worst experience. Placed order for your knives and received an order confirmation. Three days later emailed me me saying that order has to be cancelled as the shipping fees was the same value as my order. Just wondering what kind of lame excuse this is. When I selected "worldwide delivery" which also has a shipping fee(cost more to ship to US or UK) that I have paid together with the product. So what's the point of paying the shipping fee when you guys can't even ship my product which I have paid for??? This is totally ridiculous. What an bad experience. And you guys still can ask me for a product review which I did not receive.... Disappointing...

I had gotten the full set from the original Kickstarter and LOVED them. Loved so much that I wore the coating off the 12” pan. I went to the website to order a new one, and it said they were currently unavailable. I took a chance and sent an email inquiring when I would be able to order one. I was contacted within 24 hours, and after another email, I was able to order my replacement pan (total of 48 hours). The pan arrived within a week (maybe less?) and I have already begun wearing out the coating on the new one. Great customer service, great pans! I will order from you for life!

The knife are expensive and on top of that you have to pay for the delivery charge. After doing £200 shopping at least customer deserve a free delivery charge

First and second day it cut perfectly! I was in LOVEE! So fine and sharp it was a miracle knife!! But after 2 days the sharpness reduced! I was so disappointed it still cuts better than other knives of mine but unfortunately not so amazingly for the first 2 days

I cannot thank the team there enough. Really outstanding customer service. So pleasing to see genuine care and attention from a company. I will be buying more knives to add to my collection soon.

Stingray pans tip over dangerously. Despite repeated attempts at contacting them, no response from customer services or managers at Edge of Belgravia. Will take p3gal action to retrieve my funds for these dangerous and unusable products.

These precision chef knifes are superb in every way. They are super sharp and cut through the hardest of vegetables like swede with ease. I liked them that much I instantly ordered a second set.

They sit comfortably in the hand that gives you confidence in its use, this is very important given how sharp these knives are. I’d been looking for some knives that actually cut for a few months forever disappointed, but I noticed a chefs review about Edgeofbelgravia - I’d never heard of the brand before, but thought I’d order the ‘essential’ two set. I’m so glad I did. I can’t recommend these knives enough so order and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with your purchase.

Shipment was returned to shipper part way through transit - no explaination received a week after that happened.

Worst knives I have ever owned. Very brittle, and every knife has broken. Was sent a replacement set and again all have broken. Maintained per EOB standards. Requested replacement again and told I need to pay all shipping now. Terrible product. Would never buy again.

Lovely chopping boards and recently purchased the whetstones. Great prices for great products. Helpful customer services team also.

Excellent service - next day delivery

It would be nice if the website was updated to list what stock was available, especially if that stock can't even be back ordered.

Great customer service. A knife broke they replaced for free and the black Friday discounts prompted me to order additional. These knives are excellent (though ceramic ones are brittle). They cut extremely fine and retain their edge

Brilliant knives, sharp and real quality, heavy chef knives. Very sharp and look beautiful in the black knife block. I purchased the Arondight set and got a vegetable cleaver and huge chefs knife for free as well as a burger flipper which I can't wait to try, come summer. Haven't had a chance to use them all but the few I have used are amazing. Only downside for me was I wasn't provided with shipping, tracking information. I had to use chat and ask if the order had been processed, or shipped. When querying, customer services were very prompt and helpful and resolved any issues I had instantly. Great customer service and great product. Just waiting for a good sale now so I can purchase the japanese steel collections which are stunning.
