Knifes & knife block
Knifes & knife block are just unusual and funky to look at, but knives are great to use and well balanced. Hexagonal 17” teak chopping block is brilliant for use and centre piece on the island. Delivery quick despite Covid. Would recommend to be looked at, if in the market for new set of knives!

Thanks for the stingray pans
Thanks for the stingray pans. I love them -- especially that they are induction compatible even while made of light aluminum material due to the induction base on the pan. The non-stick is super slick and they're easy to wash.

Following an excellent purchase i have been rather disappointed by my second purchase there was a big mix up with my second purchase and no refund of my 30% discount for black Friday which I still have not received. Unless these are rectified I will not be using again.

Damaged a pan during a move from one…
Damaged a pan during a move from one house to another. Although they couldn't offer a recoating solution to my problem, the discount I did receive for the replacement pan was very, very good. Also, I received the replacement pan in an amazingly short period of time.

I have had my set of knives for just…
I have had my set of knives for just over 3 years. I reached out to the company for advice on sharpening the knives. Instead, they offered to replace my knives at no cost to me. This is the second time they replaced an individual or multiple knives. Their support will go above and beyond to make sure you as a customer are happy with the products. Thank you for service and I look forward to purchasing more products from you.
