They took my hard earned money..

They took my hard earned money... for an arraingement that was supposed to be for a birthday today!! they happily charged my card and NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING. I will be contacting my bank to fight the charge for a service that was NEVER DONE!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS, DONT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS AND DONT ANSWER AND THEIR WEBSITE TO TRACK THE ORDERS IS BOGUS STAY AWAY.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Failed to deliver / No Updates

Failed to deliver; Failed to provide timely updates; Failed to talk to a real person; Could not get thru on any number I called. This was to be filled by the store in Des Plaines IL - but not answer. The absolute bottom of the tier customer service. I will NEVER use this service again and caution anyone about using the service. By the way - they take the money before they deliver the product so you may have to report the transaction as fraud to get your refund.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! (Milwaukee, WI location)

Ordered online the night before Father’s Day with guaranteed delivery. I contacted the local store in Milwaukee at 1:45pm to inquire on an approximate delivery time and was greeted by a very rude inpatient lady who said she couldn’t give me a time. Her frustration was very obvious on the phone, maybe an extremely busy day, no doubt, but as a first time customer I didn’t expect that and furthermore didn’t deserve to be talked to in that manner for simply trying to adjust my plans according to the delivery time. The website guarantees same day delivery and that’s why I place the order in the first place. Costumer service needs major improvement!
Received the delivery at 5:36 pm and it was disappointing to say the least. I paid $112 for old/bruised fruit. Nothing looked fresh and nobody ate anything besides the chocolate covered strawberries as all was covered. No fresh fruit taste at all!!! I could’ve bought better tasting and fresh chocolate covered strawberries from my local grocery store for a fraction of the price. Very disappointing! Waste of money. I will never order again and would never recommend to anyone.

Placed an order with Heather @ Store # 405 in Wellington, FL on Sunday, 6/9. From the moment she picked up the phone Heather was a Ray of SUNSHINE!
So Nice, Helpful, and Efficient! 2 Thumbs Up! Goes Above and Beyond and the EXTRA mile. She even rerouted my order as there was a Mix-Up with the delivery date ( NO Fault of Edible Arrangements)! HIGHLY recommend them and will DEFINITELY use again!

Edibile Arrangment Delivers a Dead Flower Bouquet for Birthday Gift!

This afternoon Edible Arrangements of Brentwood, Tennessee delivered me a bouquet of dead flowers with slimy and rotted stems in a lovely bouquet bag! The delivery man, against my express wishes and without my permission, insisted upon taking a photograph. This was a clear invasion of my privacy, which presents a potentially dangerous situation for any customer.

When I removed the flowers from the bag and paper, petals and dead leaves began falling off. How very disappointing! (The flowers were to have been a birthday gift from a dear niece).

I contacted the local Brentwood Edible Arrangements store and spoke with someone named “S.K,” who said that she would refund the money to my niece’s credit card. We’ll see!

I am so very disappointed and troubled by this experience,

Stay Far away from this location - Stony Brook, NY

Stay Far away from this location! Placed an order and was charged for it - supposed to be ready at 10 am, but no one there. Staff casually walking in with their Starbucks well after 10:20 am. Hung up on by staff (3 times) and OWNER who tried to say, "she was coming off of a busy weekend." Who cares? Don't run a business! So unprofessional. She'll be out of business soon with that attitude. A REFUND BETTER BE COMING BACK! OWNER REFUSED TO FULFILL ORDER!

Same day delivery, 3 days in and still not delivered

Ordered on Monday morning, paid for same day delivery. Got a call at noon from the store telling me they were over loaded and asked if they could deliver Tomorrow. I said sure, but its going to an important customer. No movement on my order through Tuesday. Here we are Wednesday morning and I just received the email conformation of my order, not out for delivery, not delivered... just a conformation of my order. I will never use Edible Arrangements again. Paid a fortune for terrible service.

CONSUMER FRAUD ALERT!!

I am writing this review to let everyone know that this vendor is not reputable, and could also cause you future credit card pain. My story is that a week ago, I ordered a lovely fruit arrangement (online) for my mother, to be delivered on Mother's Day. There is an EA store in the city she lives in. I received an order confirmation email and the charge was immediately posted to my credit card. Yesterday (Mother's Day), I checked periodically through the day, and the order had NOT been delivered. When I tried to call the actual store preparing the arrangement-at around 6:00 PM, they were closed-you could only leave a voicemail. Finally, around 9:00PM, I received an email that the delivery was made. It was for naught. My mother is 92 and is in bed by 9-so she did not actually get the gift until this morning-the fruit sat outside her door (unrefrigerated) for over 12 hours. But the worst part of the story is that when I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction, I was told that the charge was put through as a "recurring" charge, not a one-off. So the plan was to keep billing me-either weekly or monthly-who knows?
I had to immediately CANCEL my card, which is an inconvenience at best-but the trigger was a major consumer fraud.
I see lots of negative reviews on this and other sites about this vendor-they are all accurate. DO NOT USE Edible Arrangements!

Fraudsters

These people should go out of business. My daughter sent me a Mother’s Day arrangement. It cost $79 now the arrangement had strawberries, two different kind of cantaloupe and pineapple when I received it all it had was strawberries and pineapple so She was tricked out of her money and didn’t know it. She should receive a refund. Don’t trust these people. They won’t send out what you ordered Why? and if you don’t contact the person that you sent it to They will never know and I think that’s what they’re counting on

Publix and Kroger

I suggest before you order from here . Save some money and time by going to Publix and other a nice cake and some flowers from Kroger… edible arrangements charge $171.00 for a flower and vase with some candy coated strawberries with a pineapple craving MOM…. DISAPPOINTED

WILL NEVER order Edible Arrangement again!

First, I would like to mention they need to get rid of their "hold music". It's a person that sounds like they took a big hit of a helium ballon that spits off their advertising. Being an upset customer being forced to listen to this over and over makes the issue even more annoying. I ordered a Berry Bouquet with a Happy Birthday balloon for my granddaughter. I placed my order the order around noon on May 8, for a delivery on May 10. On May 10 I tracked my order and saw that it hadn't even started to be worked on. I called, sent emails and filled out their useless customer service form online. No answer to any of them. This morning on May 11th they sent me a generic email telling me that my order was delivered. However, spoke to my daughter in law and nothing was delivered. I thought this would be something fun for my teenage granddaughter to get delivered to her and instead edible arrangements ruined the surprise and the mood. So I'm shuffling this morning to find another fun surprise to send to her the day after her birthday. I will NEVER give my money to this unorganized, useless company again.

I placed an order for Edible…

I placed an order for Edible Arrangements a few days ago to be delivered today May 10, 2024. This morning around 0930 hrs. I called to ask if I could get an estimated time of delivery. The reason I needed an estimated time is because the order was a surprise for my mom for Mother’s Day. My mother is 82 years old and is completely blind. She has a caregiver at the house with her from 8am until 4pm M-F and I wanted to let the caregiver know around what time to expect the delivery. After speaking to a woman that answered the phone, I was told that they don’t give estimated times and that they have from the time of opening until 9pm to deliver. After hearing that, and because I know that my mother won’t answer the door after the caregiver leaves, I said that I wouldn’t be doing that again. To my complete surprise, the woman rudely said “we don’t need your business” and hung the phone up. I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful she was. The only reason that I ordered edible arrangements is because my mother can’t see regular flowers that are normally given on Mother’s Day however she can eat the fruit. I live in Atlanta Georgia, and my mother lives in Orlando Florida. The location of the Edible Arrangements is, 4104 Millennia Blvd, Suite 101. If I lived in Orlando, I would’ve placed the order for pickup. I’m pretty sure that location is a franchise owner’s store, and that’s why she can say whatever she wants and be as rude as she wants. I just want people to know how rude, disrespectful and unprofessional this establishment is. I really think it’s bad business and the company should be ashamed and exposed for what I consider to be awful treatment towards paying customers.

Boynton Beach Floriday

This company especially the Store in Boynton Beach Florida has absolutely no customer service. I have called the store 10 times and left 10 messages about an order that they had trouble delivering. Nobody has given me a call back. I called the main number and left 2 messages and they did not call me back. I would use any other company to deliver a fruit basket.

I placed an order on their website

I placed an order on their website. I didn't receive a confirmation email. The order was never delivered. The money was withdrawn from my account totalling 120 dollars. I sent an email to corporate and did not receive a reply. I called corporate and was told there was no order but they still took my money and would do nothing about it.

Edible Arrangement That Did Not Arrive

I ordered this arrangment for my daughter and son in law on their first Easter as a married couple and my daughter's first Easter away from home. It was ordered to be delivered on 3/29/24. I got the notification that it had been delivered but it had not so I called and talked to Megan who said that the Uber driver probably took it for himself and that happens every once in a while. I asked if she could contact the uber driver and she said she had no way to contact. She could not make another arrangment because the store closed in 20 minutes. She could make another one in the morning. I asked how it would be delivered. She said Uber. I said so there is now way to ensure it would arrive. She said Yes. I asked if I could get compensation for all of this and she said the Manager Jacob was at another store in Dallas for a week and he was the one that could do that. She called me the next day to tell me that Jacob was aware of the situation but he could not call me back today because he is at a busier store. She also told me that they did not carry the nuts that were ordered with the fruit arrangement. This was not mentioned when they previously said the store was delivered which likely means it was sent without the nuts that I paid for. I would like Jacob to contact me at his earliest convenience.

Failed PayPal Checkout

Attempted to purchase several items using my PayPal account, but twice was greeted with "We're experiencing technical issues". 25 minutes to wade through all the extraneous crap thrown at me by the site, and it was just wasted time. I'll know better next time, plenty of fish in the sea.

"Delivered" but not actually

Ordered from the Denton TX location, for a local delivery. It was for a 90th birthday. Their tracking system said it was delivered, but when I checked with the recipient 2 days later - nothing. Called the office, and they said oh, recipient wasn't home...so should we try again?
I thought that was a good idea!
No initiative, no apology. But they did charge up-front obviously.
