Equal to Arriv Can App

This service is a scam. Be careful, the people who are responsible for this service, scam you. This is the third time, I ordered something and I received something way different and poor quality and less value than I paid for. I ordered for new years editable and I received Easter arrangements. The fruits are not the same as advertised and the fruit were dried and old and cheap. Another order, comes with totally different mug, or toy or card ( all cheaper than you order on website). It is total scam and there is no truth in what they offer and what you receive. In terms of time arrangements, the orders come in totally different time frame or date. This service sounds like the arrive can website!!!!!!!
Don’t waste your time , money and energy on this service/ scam.

DO NOT USE THE SELMA LOCATION

DO NOT USE THE SELMA LOCATION. Ordered and called for 3 days and no one would pickup the phone or return my messages. Day 3, I get someone to pickup the phone and they hang up on me. Called back and finally got someone. They were unprofessional, complained about having to deliver this far out. I said it had to be there before 5pm. The order showed up after 5pm and the recipient was gone for the day.

DON'T DO IT!!!

The worst experience. Zero customer service. They take no ownership in the terrible product or service. Save your money. You'd be better served to wrap up a pile of dog dung and send that.

I'm yet another person who was swindled…

I'm yet another person who was swindled out of money this Valentine's Day. Ordered in plenty of time for the holiday, but in spite of the constant "in transit" delivery status, no delivery was made on that day. A pitiful tray was delivered the next day, no explanation, no apology, missing parts of it, and no refund. They won't answer their phone at all. Their corporate office refuses to even listen to complaints, a supervisor is supposed to call me back from yesterday (I'm holding my breath), and I'm out almost $90 for a plastic tray of subpar fruit. Never again. Save your money.

Be prepared for major frustration…because I wasn’t.

First of all, you can’t get a person on the phone, and you have to listen to that annoying girls voice over and over again never being able to reach anyone to solve the issue.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter‘s birthday. They said it was delivered, but it never came. There is no way that I can reach anyone. And guess what, I called corporate office, and that same girl with the annoying voice is on the same recording that endlessly chants on and on until you want to jump off a cliff. Why do they even have a recording that gives you some hope someone will answer the phone if they’re not going to answer the phone? They have no respect for their customer base. The absolute most frustrating experience. I am still trying to work it out and get my money back for a product that was never delivered.

My husband ordered an arrangement to…

My husband ordered an arrangement to arrive the day before Valentine's day to make sure I got it to enjoy. It never came. He tried repeatedly to call to verify it would come on V day, it never came, they also have not returned our email. He was so disappointed not to anything to offer me on this very special day.

Barrie Edible arrangements has the worst customer service EVER

Barrie Edible arrangements has the worst customer service. They called to say it wouldn't be delivered because they thought the address was different than it was written out for them. WHAT??? I wrote the correct address, they made a mistake and we didn't get our order. Yes that happened to us.

They reschedule for two days later and say we have to be home during a certain time window. They don't show up during that time and just leave it on the doorstep later that day. NEVER AGAIN. Fruit was not fresh-well it was at least two days old when we got it....

Edible Excellence

The girl in the Danbury, Ct shop was so helpful and made up a fresh delicious birthday arrangement to be delivered in Sandy Hook, Ct. The driver who delivered the arrangement was as nice as he could be. I am forever impressed with every Edible arrangement I have purchased and sent for many occasions. I will be a loyal customer and will always recommend them to anyone who needs a special delivery gift. 1/12/24.

NEVER PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY

NEVER PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. Not only was my order not delivered, but NO ONE from Edible EVER followed up with me despite my emails. The 203 tel# listed on their site is INVALID. They are inept AND they don't care, which is the worst combination. There are plenty of better companies out there. Use anyone else but Edible.

False Advertising for next day delivery

I order from Edible Arrangements for family members all over the US. This is the first time I ordered from the Riverview store for friends who live in the same town. They did not deliver the order on time. As of now, 7 pm Christmas Eve, my friends have not received the order that should have been delivered yesterday. I understand that this is a very busy time for them. However, neither my friends nor I received a message that they cannot fulfill the order in a timely manner. I tried to call them several times and I couldn’t reach anybody. I also called the Edible Arrangements toll free number in their national headquarters. I was told delivery will happen today but that didn’t happen. Canceling the order is not an option since the arrangement is supposed to be a Christmas present. This is very disappointing. Edible Arrangements should stop advertising for next day delivery if their stores cannot fulfill them. That’s false advertising. Stores like the one in Riverview should be closed. I read reviews online and they are consistently bad.

Flowers were trash

Flowers were trash. Fruit not fresh. bag of chocolate chips? my biggest problem is how to thank senders of gift and tell them not to order from them again. Makes me sad and disappointed.

If I could I would give a minus 1 star

If I could I would give a minus 1 star. I received an expensive order as a gift from location "412 W Lincoln HWY Ecton PA 19341" and every piece of fruit was bad. The arrangement looked beautiful however, the entire arrangement went in the trash. When the buyer contacted the store not only was they not helpful they act as if they are not giving out bad fruit. Save your time and buy flowers.

Literally nobody wants edible arrangements

Even if the fruit is all perfectly ripe (which it almost never is) these things suck. This is a horrible gift, nobody wants it. It's what people give when they feel that they have to send something but don't know what to get or don't care to think about it. Most people don't have the room in the fridge to store it. Not even going to get into the nauseating lack of value in this ridiculously overpriced crap. Just don't do it. Do nothing, it would be better.

Don't bother...

Placed and order for my mom's birthday, flowers and fruit arrived wilted, dried out and brown. As I live out of the country, I sent a message to Edible Arrangements, and haven't heard anything since.

Terrible customer service

Received a delivery today which came with a coupon for $5 off my next order. The coupon code expired a full year ago. I called to ask for an updated code and they told me “it is what it is”. We sent flowers instead.

Not all bad

I know there are alot of negative reviews about Edible Arrangements, but the one on 34th St. South, Saint Petersburg has always came through. The manager Keisha is great to work with. She is very kind, helpful and wants to make sure you are happy when you leave the store. She comes through every time. Call and ask for Keisha and she will fix you right up.
