Edinburgh Airport Official Parking Reviews 

My latest trip to Edinburgh Airport parking was excellent. This time I used the parking with full charge facility. In arrival I was met by a lovely girl who helped me with my check in. On my arrival I collected my keys and located my car to find it was fully charged for my return journey home. Excellent service.

Very easy and straightforward to book. We had a slight change to our travels and ended up using a different car but it was very easy to update the change online, no problems at all.

Used the Fastpark which was easy to use and hassle free. I would have given it 5 star but it’s pricey but all the parking at Edinburgh Airport.

On entering, the first barrier issued a ticket with our registration number on it, which was great. But at the 2nd barrier, the signs said to insert your ticket, however the ticket aka a piece of flimsy paper was bigger than the machine would accept. After pressing the call assist button, we were left in limbo after an initial conversation, holding up quite a few cars behind us. On pressing the assist button again, and after explaining our issue again, the person lifted the barrier.

On exit, thankfully the auto registration reading meant the barrier automatically raised.

I’d suggest perhaps looking at the IT which the other car park uses, where the registration number is automatically read and the led sign welcomes you by your booking name. On exit the led sign says your name and hope you’ve had a good trip. All very slick and automatic.

Straight into carpark no queues fantastic service. Far better airport than one which is closer to us in Glasgow, one of the reasons we book our holidays departing from Edinburgh. Ps we have booked again for 16 days.

Car parking space and bus service to and from was good. Only problem unable to get ticket on entry. Tried pressing all places on black machine. Did not seen any obvious press here marked . Also confusing that barrier opens yet instructions are to get ticket. So not sure if just me or you could better indicate on machine. Or maybe do away with paper tickets altogether. ( Emailed help and was able to exit without ticket)

The fastpark electric is a great option. It’s really good to come back to a fully charged car.

I’m a repeat customer for the fast park, well worth the small extra spend over the long stay for the convenience.

Used fast park it was well signposted and very easy to use with staff at hand to help if required also close to terminal building

Amazing from the easy online pre check in to collecting the car and driving home. It takes that little added stress out of flying. We are a family with small children, being able to pull up outside unpack our car and walk less than 2 minutes to the terminal is gold! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend parking here.

First time using Edinburgh Airport. On approach to the multi-storey carpark I found the signage in adequate and confusing to the extreme. Even as an experienced driver I found myself driving against the one-way traffic flow system. It's a nightmare.
The following day I had to return to the airport. Hoping to use a short-stay carpark, I ended up driving into the drop-off / pick-up zone. On my immediate exit I had to pay a charge to raise the exit barrier. What a scam. I ended-up using the park-and-ride facility and then the tram. Edinburgh Airport is so poorly signposted I'll avoid using that airport in future.

As always, very easy to park and a quick walk to the terminal building.

Always use fast park it’s so convenient placed right next to the terminal. Booking in takes seconds to complete and if required there is always a member of staff on hand. On return scan your barcode and your key locker pops open and away you go. A good value for money service.

So convenient and efficient. Very competitive in price also. Someone there to help too if you get in a muddle.

This is a great service. Close to airport. No hassle entering or leaving. Have used this airport parking many many times

Helpfull staff onsite should you need it, the rest is as advertised ie drop of car, keys and pick up both on arrival.
