I’m a repeat customer for the fast park, well worth the small extra spend over the long stay for the convenience.

Used fast park it was well signposted and very easy to use with staff at hand to help if required also close to terminal building

Amazing from the easy online pre check in to collecting the car and driving home. It takes that little added stress out of flying. We are a family with small children, being able to pull up outside unpack our car and walk less than 2 minutes to the terminal is gold! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend parking here.

First time using Edinburgh Airport. On approach to the multi-storey carpark I found the signage in adequate and confusing to the extreme. Even as an experienced driver I found myself driving against the one-way traffic flow system. It's a nightmare.
The following day I had to return to the airport. Hoping to use a short-stay carpark, I ended up driving into the drop-off / pick-up zone. On my immediate exit I had to pay a charge to raise the exit barrier. What a scam. I ended-up using the park-and-ride facility and then the tram. Edinburgh Airport is so poorly signposted I'll avoid using that airport in future.

As always, very easy to park and a quick walk to the terminal building.

Always use fast park it’s so convenient placed right next to the terminal. Booking in takes seconds to complete and if required there is always a member of staff on hand. On return scan your barcode and your key locker pops open and away you go. A good value for money service.

So convenient and efficient. Very competitive in price also. Someone there to help too if you get in a muddle.

This is a great service. Close to airport. No hassle entering or leaving. Have used this airport parking many many times

Helpfull staff onsite should you need it, the rest is as advertised ie drop of car, keys and pick up both on arrival.

I could not fault the booking system, the service on site, drop-off and pick-up arrangements.

Long wait for bus from car park to terminal (which was being advertised as running every 12min) when did arrive took us to stop 2 in the car park and proceed to wait. The website appears to have been subequently changed to remove reference to the 12 min bus interval. Car park was clean and secure, but for the high price a more frequent bus service is needed.

Highly recommend FastPark at Edinburgh Airport. Clearly signposted & explained how to park in designated bay. On our return, process was very simple & our car was ready for us on arrival.

Don't follow sat nav to multi-storey as it takes you into the area for drop offs & costs £8.50 to drive thru!
Granted this was my mistake - but at 05:15 in the morning I was not quite 'with it!'
Also the signposts for the 'fast-track' were not clear, so ended up going down to entry hall for airport, and back up again - wasting more time.
Parking was safe and well lite tho.

Easy to find and no shortage of parking space.
Buses runs frequently.

Easy to leave easy to pick up so convenient
One problem this time was key fob ticket roll had run out and had to bang on door to attract attendants attention
