Could do with a mid week report just as a extra push to help busy parents like myself keep on track

Ed place is brilliant for me to quickly task my Son things to do, however it also assigns things to do which is annoying! He then has to sieve through edplace assigned and parent assigned work. Edplace please turn this off or allow families to delete at least, it’s messing with our plan and flow!
On a positive! Its easy to understand and follow up questions are relevant. A great way for independent learning!
I think categorising topics better or simpler so we can view easier. I have spent a while going through to find relevant subject as the search function is not perfect. For example he does a tutor and they are doing fractions; I’d like to type in year 8 fractions and taadaaa. Apart from the search not being “smart” no other complaints! It’s worth the money and are so glad we found it. The assessments are brilliant. Maybe more of them on each topic so we could tick off each topic? Just a suggestion 😁

Great content. Love the end of term tests. I can’t little time to home school so I can let my boy get on with the work on his own. The weekly progress reports are very useful. Well worth the money.

Unfortunately ed place was full of glitches few months ago, making it virtually unusable on app to use. Got reported to them as well as other faults. It was also issuing work 3 years lower than he should have been on. I reported it i got told it was what my son had allocated to himself. They where not interested I have proof I screen shot the screen of issued by Ed place. As for when was unusable you would think give a partial refund. You'd be wrong no refunds no apologies no reductions on renewal. These people need to learn that run it not the kids about honestly and truthfulness.

Easy for my granddaughter to follow and she says she is learning as much as she did at school.

I was excited to try EdPlace for my child, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to my expectations.
The Good:
• It does align with the National Curriculum, which is a plus for homeschooling.
The Not-So-Good:
• Technical Issues: Frequent login problems on Android tablets and Brave browser are frustrating.
• Generic Customer Support: Responses feel automated and unhelpful.
• Manual Activity Assignment: It’s time-consuming and lacks AI-driven recommendations.
• Limited Gamification: The badges and rewards aren’t enough to keep kids engaged.
• Pricing Concerns: It’s pricey for families on a budget.
Suggestions:
• Urgent AI Integration: In today’s era, AI-driven recommendations are essential. EdPlace should prioritize integrating AI to personalize learning paths based on each child’s skill level and progress.
• Fix those technical bugs ASAP!
• Improve customer support to make it more personal.
• Add more interactive games to make learning fun.
• Consider tiered pricing for families.
Overall, EdPlace has a lot of potential, but until these issues are addressed, it’s not worth the hassle. Integrating AI could be a game-changer, making learning more efficient and enjoyable.

I subscribed to EdPlace’s Annual v1 plan, hoping it would support my children’s education. Unfortunately, the platform did not meet our learning needs, and despite sincere attempts to integrate it into their studies, we found the resources ineffective and misaligned with their requirements.
Given our minimal engagement with the platform, I reached out to EdPlace’s customer support to discuss a refund, as I believed it would be fair to consider actual usage and the value received. While their team responded with general guidance on subscription management and cancellation policies, their response did not address my specific concerns or provide a resolution.
I appreciate that EdPlace has a structured refund policy, but I was disappointed that they did not consider my situation on a case-by-case basis. A more flexible approach, especially when there’s clear evidence of limited usage and benefit, would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
If you’re considering EdPlace, I’d recommend thoroughly exploring their resources beforehand to ensure they align with your child’s needs, as their refund policies may not accommodate cases where the platform does not work as expected.
I hope EdPlace takes this feedback into account and considers refining their approach to customer support and refunds.
Long communication lag between asking for help and actually getting it actioned. No one on the other side of the phone. Other apps have much faster sergixe

We are using EdPlace for years for my home educated son. We welcome the style, where there is a text or video first and then questions. Most important is that we can return to previous years to practice if he forgot something! We will continue using this portal as it's quite complex, science is well covered, too.

there should be more explanations for the issue. If it’s a three-marker question and one is wrong but the rest is right my daughter should atleast get a half mark.

EdPlace should stop setting work on behalf of parents especially when it can’t be taken off! I had a nightmare trying to get my daughter to use it again once she realised there was work ser for years below her level.
