Our unique selling point is that we help other small businesses to showcase their items on our site and send direct to customers. We are not an ultra fast shipping company but hope to give you a good service and excellent prices. We supply well known brands and try to be sustainable and source from UK suppliers. We use recycled packaging where possible and use postage that is the best price we can afford. Brands available are yellow door, ticket, threadbear, twnderleaf, Yoto, Tonies and lots of smaller businesses too

Customer service poor
Item arrived significantly late - a month after ordering
Item arrived with packaging damaged/open and address labels stuck to actual item (no outer packaging) so not giftable
Also sent the wrong item!!! - similar to ordered but not the same
Contacted company - initially replied then ghosted me once I asked for clarification on what they were offering to refund/would the cost of refund include initial postage (£5) as company at fault for how item sent/not the item I had ordered. Further emails I've sent have seemingly been ignored.
Now unable to get a refund as no confidence in this company anymore, really disappointed as purchased it for a gift

Can’t comment on the quality as parcel hasn’t arrived yet. I would have thought all hands would be on deck before Christmas however not this store it would seem. Ordered morning of 18th, expected arrival by 25th. Unanswered replies to messages. Poor service from an online store, to say the least. Merry Christmas!

As per our website we closed for a family break over Xmas therefore after posting parcels off we wouldn’t have picked up your email immediately. We also didn’t receive any messages via email, they may have landed in spam. We do have a WhatsApp number you can contact us on and through our Shopify account. Disappointing
