Order came through quickly was the right item. Packing was slightly lacking. Was a presentation box for GHD straighteners but there was not enough protection on the corners - just a thin layer of bubble wrap. Consequently the box corners were dinged. Not great for a present

started shopping at Edwards last year and I wasn’t disappointed. Postage is fast. goods are well packaged. Any returns are processed and dealt with quickly, wether it’s a refund or a replacement item. Keep up the good work guys.

do not use this company !!
do not use this company !!! i ordered x3 ghd brushes and only 1 came . tried calling to speak with someone and no answer . The only communication is via email. "Apparently " my missing items have being stock checked on dispatch even though there's no signature on the invoice to confirm this . i have basically bought 2 empty boxes no sign of replaced items .

Delivery was fast, product was genuine except product was too small, there were no instructions on the return of the item. Tried calling them over 30 times no answer, although on some occasions the line were busy so they were obviously ignoring calls. Extremely unprofessional.

At the time of your order and calls, we only had one customer service lady which since then we have employed another member of staff which we hope improves our services.
