15 yo daughter enjoyed the trip and was safe with out any issues
I called the emergency number three times because my son needed a doctor during the trip; 3 EF's emergency customer service replied: " I understand your frustration. We are going to create a case number, and we are going to call you within a few hours. "168 hours passed, not a single phone call," and that's the particular emergency line! Imagine regular customer service. Check the BBB website before doing business with them.

I believe what helped make my experience awesome was the Tour Director Javier Bujan. As an excellent director, at all time, he made sure issues were taken care of and problems were solve to the best of his ability.

Trip was underwhelming. Hotels were 1 hour away from the city. Meals were not good and portions too small.

My son had a great time in Spain! His tour guides were personable and knowledgeable. His group's itinerary was full of events and sights to see. He relished the opportunity to go on additional excursions and the wide range of culinary experiences. He had a blast touring Barcelona on a bicycle!
I have traveled in the past with EF and was very satisfied with them. On my last trip to Barcelona and Madrid (March 2024) EF really went down on the quality on the hotels they arranged for us. It takes way too many people in EF to try to resolve one problem. I will try a different company next time I take students on an educational tour.

excellent experience thanks
It was a fun and safe educational trip for my daughter. She enjoyed every day and learn so much about their food, culture and architecture.
Hotel and transportation was great! Really enjoyed the Flamenco dance lesson!
Beautiful cities, glad we got to see both on foot and through a bus tour to capture the beauty of Spain. On our bucket list to return back one day!
