This was an amazing and full trip for our daughter. She was in good hands the whole time, really getting to see and experience so much.
She said everything was great
Informational, student centered and amazing.

My daughter had a great time she loved the tours she was able to go on and her Teacher and tour guide were wonderful.
Amazing trip!!!
Not enough time
I put all the details in my review of EF, the company, but Italy was fantastic. The way EF does it is not. Imagine what's the least they could get away with to say you 'did' whatever they claim in the itinerary and assume that's what they're going to do.
Very nice and comfortable
At the end on the experience we did the math and immediately notice that EF is a business and are more focused on getting their money then actually providing our students with a good experience. We wait for hours to enter a site by the time it was time to go in our children lost interest. We were NOT provided with good food, part of the expectation is to get to try new and good foods and that was not the case. The hotels we were provided were hostels that did not provide any hospitality.
There were times that water and bathroom breaks were not enough and walking with such a large group in a big city like Rome was somewhat disorganized and at one point dangerous. The hotels were very far from most of the things we were seeing and pretty low quality. When I looked up the costs myself with 4 kids sharing a room we definitely could have had much nicer accommodations. The food was also pretty bland with very little options. When you travel all the way to Italy you want to eat food true to the region.
My daughter had a good time. However there were ants crawling up her bed in a hotel room. They didn’t move her rooms, so she shared a bed with another girl. And then another girl in their room woke up with ants on her legs.
AMAZING!! This was worth it!
Came home and left safely.
Great experience for my 13year old daughter to visit cities in Italy. She loved the art and culture. The guides were great. The food was not great- tough turkey, dry chicken, very little vegetables. I suspect that feeding 50+ people is not easy.
This tour is like an appetizer - you get a taste for pretty much every iconic Italy bucket list location. We had expert local guides at each location. The culture and history were embedded everywhere we went. Students and families were exhausted and satisfied.
