We had a great experience in Italy and our EF tour guide Elsa was fabulous.

Absolutely incredible! Our tour guide, Elsa, was phenomenal! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
This trip was magical for this art teacher! We were a small group (only 2 students) but we were never made to feel like we weren't part of the bigger group or left out.
Overall my child enjoyed the trip. The city of Florence was too rushed. They should have skipped Perugia and spent 2 days in Florence. The hotels served the kids pasta and tomato sauce every single night. This is unacceptable. Her only chance to get a decent meal and try out the local cuisine was at lunch.

It was so fun and exiting!
Our child truly had a wonderful time, but the cost per day seemed quite high in the end for 2-3 kids per room and 2 meals. We were especially disappointed that opera night with a 4-course dinner was in fact dinner with singing entertainment. Particularly as the kids got drenched that day and weren't give time to change into dry clothes before dinner. It would also be wonderful if the EF app itinerary actually included travel details and flight updates.
The entire trip was expertly organized! My son still can’t stop talking about his amazing experience in Italy!
My daughter had an amazing time! She loved the scenery and artworks. She also appreciated her tour guides, Claudia and Claudio, who were awesome!
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND NOT GOOD HOTELS AND FOOD. WE DIDN'T GET TO EXPERIENCE GOOD ITALIAN FOODS. THEY BENEFITED THEMSELVES ON FINANCES. WE ATE HOTELFOOD 7/10 NIGHTS AND THE PLACES WE STAYED IN BAD HOTELS. 👎

Trip of a lifetime!
Our experience was sometimes so great, but it was countered by awful hotels in sorrento. Bad flights, poor timing on flights, an unanticipated overnight in Toronto.
