The trip was overall great. We loved Helen! The hotels were nice but we did not like the tall bathtubs you had to climb into in London and Paris. We did not enjoy 4 of the 5 dinners. Wish we had a choice between two options. Many of us left hungry after dinner. Also, we did not get to go on the river cruise in Paris because the river was too high and the boats could not go under the bridge.

Amazing and wonderful experience for my son and for me (the parent) from beginning to end. EF tours customer service was great! I already enrolled my children for next years EF tour!
Overall, good with a a couple logistical areas for improvement.

London visit with hotel at the airport with one hour ride to downtown, just great. At least Paris was ok. Also stuff got forgotten on busses and nobody checked after the kids, neither the buss drivers or guides, why there is required (suggested) tipping then?

My daughter and I saw some amazing places and enjoyed our guides, both EF and local ones. We would have liked the hotels to be closer to our sightseeing places. Every day there were 2 hours spent on the bus just going to and from the hotels. All of the dinners were very rushed because the restaurants wanted other customers to come in.

Great trip
There was a major delay. Not great since time is a big factor for a short 7 day trip.

The meals were disappointing. Local cuisine was not offered, and only one meal option and water were provided for dinner. We ended up purchasing additional meals each day.

Regarding meals, breakfast at your hotel typically includes a selection of cereals, bread or rolls, jam, juice, coffee, and tea to start your day. For lunch, we encourage you to explore and indulge in culinary discoveries of your own, and your knowledgeable Tour Director can provide recommendations based on your preferences.
As for included dinners, they are designed to offer a combination of familiar dishes and local specialties from a set menu. These dinners are usually served at either a local restaurant or your hotel. We aim to provide a pleasant dining experience, and table water is always provided free of charge. In certain locations where locals consider it necessary, bottled water will also be provided. We understand that portion sizes may differ from what you are accustomed to at home, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
However, we seek to provide an excellent tour experience for each of our travelers and will utilize this feedback to improve our tour offerings. Thank you for your review.
Everything was great but the food that was planed was absolutely disgusting is was the thing that would make me not want to take any more tours with ef
It was okay
Eurostar train was nice! Enjoyed the countryside. It would be nice to assign family’s in seats together.
My daughter loved the experience. Her only complaint was lack of choices for dinner. She loved the tour director and learned a lot while on the trip.
I actually attended trip with my children and me just say, it was money well spent. We had the best hands down Tour Guide. I really feel the tour guide is really what makes your trip worthwhile or not and ours did not disappoint. Thank you EF!!

The tour guides were knowledgeable and the itinerary was packed with wonderful attractions and activities.
