This was my daughter's second trip with EF Tours--both times everything was fantastic! On this trip, the flight to Europe from Dallas was delayed but EFT made up for it by adding another option for visited cities.
The trip was absolutely wonderful for experiences, events, schedule timing, excellent guide knowledge and dedication, and over all planning - with two exceptions. We had unfortunate bus complications with multiple days of un-air conditioned travel, which was brutal at 100 degree heat. Also for someone that required gluten free food replacements, the alternate food given for this was in most cases not only incomparable, but simply unacceptable. Many meals went uneaten.
Beautiful tour - the kids were fascinated! Well organized and perfectly timed days.
Sakis was the BEST tour guide. We would go on any future tour if he’s the guide. We loved every minute.

Europe was a nice experience especially Italy and Greece. Italy had a lot of tourist spots that we explored. Everything was nice. I loved greece even more with the scenery and since there wasn’t a lot to do compared to Italy, we got to actually take two days to do something relaxed, which made the trip feel even out.

EF provides an amazing tour and has all the logistics planned out. They were also flexible when we had questions or wanted to make a change.
The overall experience was good but it was clear that EF does not do their homework on modes of transportation. We actually took a virtual floating truck stop from Greece to Italy causing a tremendous amount of stress for our kids and parents alike. That should have never happened. The other issue was our bus driver in Italy was incredibly rude, somewhat hostile, a very dangerous driver and actually forgot to pick us up in Florence. No one felt safe, not even our tour director.
EF needs to hire friendly peeps. The Fairy ride was a nightmare and with the men on fairy didn’t feel very safe. Would have liked more time at the Colosseum. Very disappointed that we were rushed out and only saw a part of it.
Aside from airfare, the expenses went to travel. Bus ride after bus ride and not enough actual seeing and exploring.
The trip was excellent minus the 20+ hour boat ride from Greece to florence Italy. This needs to change to a flight otherwise it’s a day wasted. Thanks
Very unorganized, too many museums, and hotels were way too far away.
