We saw unbelievable places! Nothing was at all disappointing...& our tour guide even made a couple trips to the beach happen.
Amazing trip with a fantastic tour guide. The sites were amazing and we got to experience everything from mountains to beaches.
Tour guide was running the entire time, would not slow down. Things that should have been included were not and cost extra money. Some groups did some things while other groups were not given the opportunity. A 13 hour bus ride with no bathroom was forced on us, the cruise ship we were supposed to be on was changed to a nasty ferry, first hotel was not nice.......will never go EF again.

Very disappointed with overall experience. Planned stops were not made. A 10.5 hour bus ride (a whole day) was not on the itinerary and we were never notified of any changes. No communication from our group leader or EF Tours the whole trip. Unplanned stops were made that parents were not notified about. Ferry changes were made last minute. The tour guide got the group lost. Some restaurants chosen were not acceptable.
Our bus broke down in Greece and had to be replaced before we arrived at our first destination. But at least the driver was good. The Whispers didn’t work… I saw amazing things that I now need to research because of being in a group of 31 you cannot hear the guides very disappointing! Hotel staff was not kind or willing to assist with air conditioning without Breakfast was mediocre. Italy was beautiful! My favorite country!! Our driver was TERRIBLE!! He laid hands on my child to mover her out of the way while she was trying to get her luggage. He soled on the bus prior to us loading. He slammed on brakes and blew the horn numerous times ( the others navigated without the need to do those things). He was 45-60 minutes late picking up our group from our day. It had been raining and lightening earlier that evening and we were standing on the side of the road with no where to sit with an older woman who needed to after the long day. NO APOLOGIES were offered!! Blew the horn for us to load quickly. HE WAS THE WORST!!! Extremely rude!!! The sites were great! Chris Millington was fantastic! Logistics were poor. That is an EF controllable.
The experience was amazing for our daughter....I wish they had the opportunity to engage in an activity, excursion or something of the sorts.
My son had a blast visiting beautiful places, meeting people, learning a lot with new experiences and activities.
Already thinking about our next trip to Greece.
Horrible tour not worth the money I paid

Our daughter had a fabulous time, a terrific guide, and a fantastic group.
It was wonderful and worth every penny
She loved all the different sites and beaches and food. The guide was very helpful.
Our tour guide was fantastic. We absolutely loved her and she was so good with all the kids in the group. We will have fond memories of her forever. The trip itinerary was also great, but I think could have been organized a little better. For example, having 13+ hour tour day in the heat of Athens the day after we arrived, part of our group arrived late the night before, was extremely difficult and made it hard to enjoy. The Greek dinner was fun, but the kids were falling asleep at the tables. In Florence, scheduling the walking tour after free time was a bummer, because we were constantly looking at our watches and didn’t have enough time to go see something else like the David. I’ve been to Florence before on a tour and we did the guided tour first and then had ample free time once we knew a little about the city, to see something of our choosing. Finally, the hotel that was chosen for our final two nights in Rome was abysmal. I get these tours our geared toward high school students and that hotel was obviously set up for nothing but tour groups, but being in a place like Rome and staying at that hotel, which felt like we were at a truck stop in Texas, was such a let down way to end the trip. I’d we had wanted to go into the city in the evening, it would not have been possible because it was so far outside of Rome. The food they served seemed like frozen food from a box, and a breakfast I know they served canned fruit. I thought, we are in Rome! This is unfortunate. Something to think about since you do offer these trips to parents, siblings, families, in addition to students. Having said all that, we saw wonderful things and as I said our tour guide was fantastic. Our two teen boys had good experiences and I think their intrigue of the world and other cultures grew. I’m glad for the experience, my sons would probably do another EF tour, but I would not.
I never felt lost or like a "tourist", always felt comfortable and knowledgeable before every experience
Tour director-great! Food-bad bad bad. The provided meals mostly include cheap hotel food. Not what you expect to eat when touring countries known for their food.
Wonderful
Our daughter LOVED her trip and we would book again with EF any time.
Beautiful places, beautiful group members, and social eye openers in regards to locals
