We had a jam-packed schedule, and I couldn't have been happier! We saw everything I wanted to see and more; it was a dream come true. The tour guides were knowledgeable, and some had a great sense of humor as well! 10/10 and I hope I get a chance to go again.

We loved our tour in Spain and Italy. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs. The accommodations in Italy were lacking, but in Spain, they were great.

Overall, it was a food experience. Disappointed in the quality of hotels and planned dinners. I felt like for the price, we could have had the same experiences, but with better accomodations and food traveling without EF. However, our tour guide and the regional guides were great.

This tour is very complete and organized, if you are interested in art but also in Spanish culture, this is the tour that you need

My son was so excited to share about what he’d seen and learned. He created new bonds with friends and now has a new drive to go out and see the world.

Disappointed and disgusted. My two top feelings after returning from our EF Tour. Our family of 3 went on this misadventure. I’m so glad we didn’t send our child alone! The first day the tour guide dropped us off and said she couldn't answer any questions because of a law that only local tour guides could give out information. Since and she was from Spain we needed a local guide from Italy, which EF tours did NOT provide. So after an exhausting 19 hour plane ride our group was forced to wander a city we knew nothing about for 4 hours! First hotel was next to a building under construction away from anyplace to visit or eat. It was tacky and isolated. The bus driver let us out two blocks away and we walked. This was a recurring theme the entire trip. The bus driver with literal wheels could never pick us up or drop us off at the location we always had to walk blocks to the hotel. Those hotels were bad but the food was just appalling. We would eat off of one menu and the rest of the tourists/diners would have a completely better meal which felt like a slap in the face. Other customers were served real pasta and pizza. While we received a thin tortilla pizza with tomato sauce. The first night they served us stale dry toast with white gravy and one singular burnt tater tot. I just stopped eating at dinner and breakfast and just concentrated on lunch, the one meal EF didn’t provide. The meals we purchased were fine so we knew real food existed, we just didn't get any from the prepaid EF Tours mealplan which offered absolutely no choices. At the Vatican we discovered a handful of admission tickets, including mine, were stamped noon while the rest of my family and the group said 12:30. No help from the tour director. So the noon group went inside and waited until we could tour with the rest of group. On the bus ride from Florence to Madrid, we awoke to the screeching sound of our suitcases grinding against the side of the bus and tumbling onto the freeway. Apparently the trunk door wasn’t latched. At the airport we also had a 5 hour layover which was CRAZYY The fact that we paid as a family of three and were not seated together on any leg of the trip. Calling EF tours, and the airlines was no help, neither was the “tour director” So I was forced to ask people to move around on the plane. Our experience isn’t isolated. Please do a search under Facebook horror stories EF Tours, something I did NOT do in advance because I bought the slick slide show presented by EF tours last year. So even though you begin paying a year in advance there is a reason EF Tours doesn’t reveal your hotel and flight information until a few weeks before departure. Obviously it’s too late to change anything at that point. Pure shady shame! As a family we spent more than 17 grand on this trip. I feel like this was the biggest bait and switch game in history, it was so obvious EF gave little thought to our comfort, safety and overall well being.

My daughter had a great experience on her senior trip.

All trips are fast paced, it’s just a matter of knowing where you want to go back to when you have free time! Have a plan or let kids take some initiative to go out on their own, this trip is awesome.

So much to do! I believe everyone learned quite of Italian and Spanish culture and had fun doing it.

The tour was fantastic. Everything was scheduled and the content was great. We loved having a tour director with us to answer questions and provide that added feeling of security.

The food wasn’t very good that was provided by the tour.

Our son loved his adventure. He felt a little rushed at times, but enjoyed all the experiences.
