It was just phenomenal I highly recommend it
The stay and food at Kyoto was amazing, exactly what was expected from EF tours. Our tour director and bus drivers were amazing as well. Most restaurants were a great selection. Tokyo’s stay was a bit far and not the service I know of EF tours. I was able to chat about it and hopefully it can be better next time. Students were able to experience a lot and loved their shopping time. Most of them bought an extra luggage :)
The trip is a wonderful contrast of the history and culture of Japan with the new modern life of a vibrant country.
My daughter's couldn't enjoy the trip due to everything being so rushed. 1 hr at the mall, seriously? 30min at Mount Fuji and they were not even close to it . They should look for places that are more appealing to teens and give them more time to explore. Spending less time at the temples will be great. They are beautiful though.
