Overall trip was good but Pamela was a rude and embarrassing tour leader who mocked my daughter for her food allergy. The dinners provided for her due to a dairy allergy were plain and not appetizing at all and my daughter was not allowed to get something other than what Pam ordered for her, such as plain white rice and a plain dry baked piece of pork while others had lovely meals.
Flights were canceled and delayed. My daugther and her group missed 1.5 days of the tour and the activities weren't made up. My daugther went to Paris and did not visit the Eiffel Tower or Note Dame Cathedral. She will ultimately have to revisit France which is unfortunate. Although my daugther said she enjoyed the rest of the trip, I would not do another EF tour. EF tours was not helpful in getting the flights rescheduled or provided any information during the trip. It would be cheaper for me to take my children on tour myself and I can control the tourist sites.

Very good experience
This was a trip was packed full on fun information, art, history, architecture, and so much more. Our Guillaume was EXCELLENT!!
Wonderful place.
This was one of my absolute best tours with EF. Guillaume Moalic is simply the best tour director ever! I want to have him as my TD again! From his great sense of humor to his knowledge about the area, we had an amazing time! The hotels and restaurants were also great on this tour! Words cannot adequately express how amazing Guillaume is as a tour director! This was the best EF tour I have been on and it was definitely because of Guillaume. He’s amazing with the students. His sense of humor is great! I haven’t felt so much joy and laughed so much on a tour! The little goodies Guillaume bought for everyone was an extra touch. He also took the time to show us extra sites throughout the tour. He made the tour and I am so thankful to him for helping my students create lasting memories.
(1) Flight from Detroit to New York was delayed twice causing group to miss flight to Paris. (2) Tour group missed first tour day. (3) Tour group was without their luggage for the whole 8 days. (4) My daughter received multiples blisters on each foot from the shoes she had to buy in France. (5) My daughter had to go to the emergency room when she arrived back home for infections on both feet. (6) We have not received her luggage yet. (7) We spoke with EF Educational Tour reps and were told that we would be sent forms to fill out to get reimbursed for the first tour day missed and for purchases made because of not having luggage but have not received them yet.

It was so fun, I got to go to a place I’ve been dying to see my entire life, I made new friends, and I got to practice the language I’ve been learning for years now, and it was just so cool
This was an amazing trip jammed packed with so many things to do. Many of these I would have never thought to see on my own. it was well organized and well worth the money. The kids absolutely loved the tour director, Jojo!
