Terrible hotels far outside of each city. Awful dinners. Prepare yourself for lots of unnecessary driving.

We are sorry to hear the tour and hotels were not excellent. Each hotel must provide certain accommodations in order for student groups to stay with them including 24/7 security, COVID cleaning guidelines, breakfast and room for a bus. Oftentimes hotels in the city center will not have each necessary accommodations or capacity for larger groups. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to each chaperone and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
This was a terrible experience. 1- Schedule was way too busy and kids only spent 1-2 nights at any once place, which meant lots of time traveling on the bus. 2- Their day agenda was also too busy and they only spent 15-30 min at any one site before being whisked away to another chateau or cathedral to see. 3- After a long day of sightseeing, they were back on the bus for another >1 hour drive to their 2-star rating budget hotel. 4- There was no local food given to the kids. It was often meat and potatoes. The kids were very disappointed they could not have any local food. 5- The tour guide, Eric, had a terrible attitude.

Well organized and great itinerary
The tour was excellent in all regards. You hit all the major attractions and the tour guide and personnel were friendly and professional. Hotels and service where excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour or others with EF
