As a small business, we made a big investment to successfully develop an acceptable action plan to submit to Amazon for our PL claim. Our chain of command was as solid, clear and as valid as we will ever have. After several months of back and forth with our egrowth consultant, several minor updates in the Plan of Action and continued rejections from Amazon, our consultant has given up. As the owner of our family business, I will continue to learn, grow and submit appeals to Amazon for review. Unfortunately we have wasted a lot of time & money using egrowth.

hello, we have had an amazing and excellent outcome with our expedited request to sort out a very unfortunate suspension of our main selling ASIN due to an error of identifying incorrectly our ASIN to another one that was a completely different product and ending up costing us no sales for 7 days and lots of stress. We contacted Egrowth and Roy immediately went to work and did his investigation and follow through and less than 22 hours later our ASIN is back and reinstated and in full operation and we are now getting sales again. I have had immediate contact from the assigned consultant Roy including prompt communication and professional advise including phone calls, emails and skype updates. This has been an absolutely impressive assignment with high professionalism and breath of fresh air in comparison to the past week.
I can say with absolute confidence that this has been the most uplifting experience to know that with Roy's help and expertise our case was been handled with urgency and a very high level of competency and efficiency. Hired them to perform a document review for the initial seller verification. I kept getting rejected and I found out through them 2 very useful recommendations that got the job done.
1st recommendation was about the bank statement: it's not written anywhere in the terms and conditions but it's required to have something very specific on it. (don't want to disclose the details publicly, just in case it's against amz terms & conditions)
2nd recommendation was to contact a special international team for an appeal (the information is nowhere to be found online). It worked. This team overturned seller performance and gave me another shot at verification.
Then I sent the revised bank statement again and I got in!
Without them I would be without an account, so the money was well spent.

Cynthia's book have helped me a lot. I wish I read it 5 years ago, in 2015 when it was published and not 2 weeks ago, in 2020.
It is funny, educating and has so much valuable information for sellers. It's hard for me to read books, but this one was actually very fun. The stories she shared were incredible and unbelievable.
The book made me take preventative steps and it made me sign up to her "stay clean" service which gives me reassurance and I can sleep now better at night with her team looking over my account. Thank you for all the hard work, you guys rock!

I wish that I wouldn't need Cynthia and her 5 star team, but when Amazon decides to throw wrenches in my flywheel, I use them without hesitation. Expensive, yes. But, the alternative to working with them is wasted time writing a POA I'm not sure is correct, massive stress, and days of lost sales. Her team is professional and always gets the job done. They literally take the stress away from me so I can continue running my business and, well, sleep at night not worrying about the ridiculous appeal process.
