Updating my review from December
Initially, we had a good experience with eGrowth Partners but we did not get the service or results we hoped for after our first appeal failed. We were suspended from Amazon in early August. We reached out to eGrowth about 3-4 weeks later after our first 2 Appeals were denied.
We paid the $5,000 for the expedited service and Cynthia was very attentive and quick. She spent hours on the phone with us on a Saturday to get our next appeal out. However, that appeal was denied. We worked on 3-4 appeals with eGrowth after that but we did not get the same attention to detail as we did with Cynthia. eGrowth was not aware of changes at Amazon in how you submit appeals so we wasted a few months and appeals sending them to the wrong place in Amazon.
They eventually gave us a number to call Amazon Account Health to get more help. That number was very helpful and free of charge! We wish they would have given us that number from the start as it would have saved everyone a lot of time. We stopped using eGrowth at that point because it was clear that eGrowth agent assigned to our case was just going through the motions after the 3rd appeal we submitted through them.
Because of the free phone support we got from Amazon Account Health we were eventually reinstated. It took about 7 months, maybe 15-20 revisions and appeals, and many hours on the phone with Amazon and probably some dumb luck to get reinstated. But we did eventually get there!
I would recommend reaching out to Amazon Account Health for free first and then possibly reaching out to eGrowth but pay as little as possible because you may not get results with eGrowth and they offer no refunds.

eGrowth partners is tenacious if nothing else. When my project with them was derailed for reasons outside of their control (Amazon changing policies on the fly) they were able to work with me to find a solution that was at least 80% sufficient. Then they worked for months to implement that new plan. As a business owner myself I sincerely appreciated what felt like a personal investment in resolving my issues. They are a good and honest company.

I´m using their services since Agust of 2017, and since then all the task I need from them, it´s 100% successfully achieved.
I love their communication, the fast way they always have for a response, in my personal manner, because Spanish is my first language I always ask to work with Veronica, OMG, Veronica is the best!!!! she is so calm, and always giving me support and relief even when I´m desperate, she´s always next to me.

Selling on Amazon is my main income, so if something happened to one of my ASIN or to my account, I really prefer to pay them before contact seller support, the reason is because most of the case the first contact with amazon will affect the decision on the cases, so for this reason and the importance of my Amazon business, I prefer to pay them before contact seller support.
So, they are my angels and I do recommend them. Again thank you Lissa and Veronica for always be there for me and my company.

I will definitely recommend eGrowth Partner to whoever needs assistance with Amazon accounts and issues.
I had my account suspended due to a mis-used Amazon's variation policy. My own team was trying to fix the issue by writing a POA (plan of action) on their own; they submitted without having my approvals and Amazon rejected this poorly written POA in hours.
I immediately contacted eGrowth Partner, and they were able to schedule a next day phone call for me knowing my urgency and despair. Lissa from the first phone appointment was very patient and helpful. Without hesitation, I chose the expedited service. Things moved faster than I expected: a couple of staffs immediately followed up on my case, getting all the necessary set ups. I got my draft of POA the next day morning written by Veronica, and she also closely follow up with me, answered my impatient phone calls, carefully guide me through every step of submitting the appeal as well as correcting listings to correspond to the POA.
I submitted the POA on Friday and my account was reinstated on Sunday!

You do have to do your job and make sure you haven´t violated the TOS several times. If you have a case where you get suspended by a bot and can´t reinstate your account by yourself then contact the experts from Egrowth. Time is money and everyday out of Amazon is a loss. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I like to be in business asap plus there's nothing like peace of mind. Expensive yes? Worth it? Absolutely.

When I was suspended in Nov, Iike many I tried to write`` the POA but it never seemed to get passed the computer bots. So I checked my options and regrettablly chose Price over Quality. I picked Price and I got what a paid for Nothing. Well written buy totally ineffective POA, plus I wasted 4 weeks,which took me till Mid December.. I had read about egrowth, and decided to contact them. I received a call from Lissi, very nice, explained the proceedure, costs.etc. She impressed me, and she would not be the last of this amazing company. They looked into the "back end" of my account to obtain insight. At that my contact was Roy. Again professional, he knew what he spoke about, something shared by all their staff.. Remember I tried to deal with Amazon myself, Emails that stated nothing, blocked from calling even Seller Central, it is a scary time. Roy, Lissi and the other staff, listened to me, spoke to me, offered suggestions and solutions, actully talked. This alone was a lift to my spirits. I was suspended for 79 Days. Finally with Roys help I received a reply. You can again sell on Amazon.ca my god I screamed, when I found out Monday Night. Scared my dog and family and email Roy. I will never recommend the other firm. Cheaper is not better and time is important This was how I earned money for 12 years and this was the first time I had a problem like this my customer service rating was 100%. You want a company and staff that know what they are doing. They will talk, listen to you, after dealing with Amazon you know how important that reponding is.

At the end we did not get our account back.
I got an IP claim for the brand and I had an invoice from the distributor. eGrowth partner team helped to write the appeal and after a few attempts one day they accepted the appeal. I shared the news with eGrowth partner team and the next day I got an IP claim from the same brand including one more ASIN along with previous ASINs. I contacted them again and they told me to keep sending the same appeal and it’s not working. All my listing was inactivated and inventory was out of FBA center. My case was failures however I find team professionals till they were working. I would feel more confident to use them again if they just don’t leave you by yourself.
