Go back to previous format
Mostly honest real people on the site...very few bots...would recommend going back to previous format for potential matches...I don't like the changes...you only send notifications of (new here) clients and in order to view the next one you either have to X them out or like to view the next one...many times you send a (new here) notification before the picture even posts...how can you make a determination before even seeing their photo?

I wish I would have never signed up to…
I wish I would have never signed up to begin with. I've been on it for almost a month and still have 2 more payments. It is a complete waste of money and a joke and a half. More than 6-8 people who I have tried contacting and have gotten a response were 100% scammers or fake profiles. They all want to immediately get off the site and go to whatsapp or some other platform to talk. #1 Red flag. I have already been in two previous romantic scams but luckly trusted my gut at the last minute and did not lose any money. One of them was not even on eharmony but ourtime.com. Don't bother with that one either. I'm finding a lot of these online dating sites are nothing but scammers and I'm literally done with them. The ones that do reply are mainly out to scam you.
Luckly I did not lose any money but I would not want anyone else to either. These scammers need to find a better hobby. If someone ask you to get off the dating site, DON'T. Either talk on the site or not at all. If they insist on getting off the dating site, more than likely a scammer. That is the number one sign of a scam. I've already picked up on their tricks. I'm posting this so that others who do not know about the red flags to look for will not get scammed.
The main Red flags to look for:
#1 Getting off the dating site to text or chat on whatsapp.
#2 Broken phone, unable to video call, will do it when its more convenient (heard that plenty of times) It's never and will never be convenient for them.
#3 IF they mention anything about Crypto- currency at any pont in the conversation, Run for your life, block them and stop talking to them immediately.
Do not subscribe
No valuable matches, not a great experience overall, expensive subscription and no flexibility in canceling subscriptions. I have deleted my account months ago and requested for my subscription to be cancelled, but they won’t. So I am paying for a service that I am not using anymore. Very disgraceful!
I dont know where to begin
I dont know where to begin. I tried to subscribe to premium, I was looped back endlessly to the same screen. My profile pictures were never approved. (Basically a profile picture of me with friends) nothing unusual. Can't see or talk to anyone if you don't have premium ( easy just subscribe right) NO. I tried endlessly to subscribe, and endlessly was looped back to the same window. Won't let me delete my account, once again looped back to the same windows. Like wtf are you guys doing with this app. Complete joke. Was really excited now I'm completely disappointed. Thanks
Biggest Scam Ever
Biggest scam ever.
I have been locked out of Eharmony because of a new security feature that requires you to submit a one-time passcode in order to log into your account. The problem is that the code never arrives in my email inbox. I have exchanged over 15 messages with their customer service team, and they keep sending one-time passcodes that, when entered, do not work.
They have no phone number, no IT department to speak of, and the worst most incompetent customer service. I have been using the site for 18 months and really only matched with one person who ended up being a gaslighting, dishonest person who was not ready for a committed relationship. There has been an overall lack of quality matches on their platform. Don't waste your money.
I will be disputing my subscription fee and lodging a complaint against Eharmony with the Federal Trade Commission.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS DATING APP.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS DATING APP.
THEIR ALGO IS GARBAGE, VERY LIMITED OPTIONS NEARBY, SO THEY START "MATCHING" YOU WITH PEOPLE 100S OF MILES AWAY, AND WHEN YOU HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR GARBAGE AND TRY TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU FOR THE REST OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND THREAT YOU WITH COLLECTION!!!!
YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK WITH FREE FACEBOOK DATING THAN WITH E-HARMONY!

eHarmony is a trusted dating platform…
eHarmony is a trusted dating platform who screens people well. You blocked Patti Denise and sent me a warning that she might be a scam. I communicated with her for a month only by text because she said that she couldn't get another phone. In the end she said that someone got into her bank account and stole $8350.00. At that point, I knew it was a scam and got out.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing…
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Money
I honestly regret signing up for eHarmony. The app is very expensive, and unfortunately, the experience has not matched the price at all.
After paying for a subscription, I quickly realized that no one ever contacts me, conversations rarely happen, and the matches provided feel extremely limited. The platform claims to use advanced compatibility matching, but most of the profiles shown to me are people I don’t feel physically attracted to or compatible with at all.
What makes the situation worse is that you’re locked into the subscription. Even when you realize the service isn’t working for you, canceling doesn’t provide a refund, which feels unfair considering the lack of results.
For an app that markets itself as a premium dating experience, I expected better quality matches, more engagement, and flexibility for users who are unhappy with the service.
Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend it to others.
