Order Delay and Cancellation Issue

have been a loyal customer and have ordered from you many times, especially during Eid and other occasions. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

I placed my order based on the information on your website stating that delivery takes 2–3 days. However, after 5 days, I had not received any confirmation or update regarding the processing of my order. As the order was time-sensitive, I decided to cancel it since it was no longer needed.

I attempted to contact you via email but received no response. I also reached out through social media and was advised to wait and follow up by email. Surprisingly, after 10 days, I received an email stating that my order had been processed and would arrive the next day or the day after.

This situation feels very unprofessional and has caused significant inconvenience. becouse i will return the order and i will pay for the shipping agine .. This feels unfair and misleading

I am disgusted in Eid party’s customer…

I am disgusted in Eid party’s customer service and shocked at the fact they sell cheap quality stuff for high prices. All that aside , spent £70 to get the complete wrong order. Customer service keep ignoring, rubbish scamming company representing Muslims when they scam!! Be aware everyone big scam , don’t even purchase the £1 item better of getting from temu!!!

However, we have no record of any email correspondence from you informing us that incorrect items were sent. Had we been made aware of this, we would have resolved the matter immediately. I am a long-standing and very proud customer of Eid Party. I have been shopping with them for years and they have never disappointed me. Every time I order, the service is excellent, the products are beautiful, and everything arrives on time and well packaged.

What really makes them special is how they treat their customers. They always make me feel like I am part of the Eid Party family. It is not just a business, you can feel the care and thought that goes into everything they do. As an older customer, I truly appreciate their kindness, reliability and consistency.

Amazing!

Alhamdulliah really good products!!
Was a bit disappointed with the delivery fee as they didn’t mention this when promoting the £1 sale.
And my order did arrive a lot later than what it told me.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timing and fee. We did clearly outline the delivery timeframes on our website, at checkout, and again in the email confirmation. We also explained that due to the significant influx of orders during the £1 sale, delivery times would be longer than usual.
The £1 promotion created an exceptionally high volume of orders, and while we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, such demand can sometimes mean a short wait. As much as we try to communicate this as clearly as we can, large-scale promotions do occasionally come with slight delays.
That said, we’re pleased your order arrived well before Ramadan, so you were able to receive everything in good time. We truly appreciate your support and understanding, and we hope you continue to enjoy your items.

I was extremely excited to order…

I was extremely excited to order decorations for my new home. However some of the items ordered have not arrived. It's so disheartening that I'm having to write a review. I have tried emailing and messaging on Instagram. I would like to receive a refund of the items which I have not received yet.

We have checked your order, and according to Royal Mail tracking (Tracking number: YT387527516GB), the parcel was marked as delivered on 2nd January.

We have also responded to all emails and social media messages received with this same tracking information and delivery confirmation. We always aim to reply as quickly as possible and ensure our customers are kept informed.

If you have not received the parcel, we completely understand how concerning this must be. In these situations, we recommend first checking with household members and neighbours, as Royal Mail may sometimes leave parcels in a safe place. We are also happy to assist you in opening a claim with Royal Mail if needed.

Disappointing customer service

I placed a large order in early December during EidParty’s heavily promoted warehouse sale on social media. This order was for Ramadan décor and gifts for my children, planned well in advance. Despite the website stating 6–7 day shipping, my order arrived over a month later.

When I eventually opened the package (having assumed everything would be correct), I discovered that two Ramadan calendars were missing. This was only noticed after I contacted them by email. I was offered a refund with a very mediocre apology. I explained that this wasn’t about the money, but about the inconvenience caused, as I had deliberately ordered early to be organised.

On top of this, I also ordered a large Ramadan banner, but received a completely different one to what I had selected. Although it was only £1, it meant my décor no longer matched. I reported this as well.

Today, I received a three-line apology and nothing more. Their customer service and follow-up when things go wrong is absolutely atrocious. There is clearly far more focus on social media promotion than on order accuracy and customer care.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Regarding the banner, you contacted us to let us know that the incorrect item had been received. In your email, you specifically stated that you did not wish to receive a refund for the £1 item and were happy to keep it, but wanted us to note the mix-up and inform our fulfilment centre — which we did. As no further action was requested, we followed up with an apology and confirmation that the issue had been raised internally.

While we regret that our response did not meet your expectations, we acted in line with the resolution you indicated at the time. We always take fulfilment errors seriously and use customer feedback to improve our processes.

Bargain items for £1 only

Items were beyond exceptional especially for £1 so saved allot ended up ordering twice as I know I wouldn’t find such great products for that price door banners, table runners, balloons foil umrah, nikah , eid , Ramadan balloons I just stocked up , Delivery was super quick thank you eidparty

Bad Customer Service

Sadly we have to give a star otherwise i dont think they deserve that. Tried contacting them via email several times and tried to reach out on social media but nothing. They made an error on my order sent out a different item in the 1 pound sale and when i've emailed no response i just wanted a simple refund for a mistake they made but they never reached out. Wont be ordering again seems like the business has got to their heads. Used to be a humble lot of people but now wont even help their customer with their own mistakes.

To clarify with yourself the facts are correct i emailed you 12 days before the refund was issued so not very promptly like you advised, i posted this review before the refund and email was sent (coincidence ?) I kept messaging and commenting on tiktok but no response until now ..... idc to argue this further but i wont order again its simple x

We’d like to clarify a few points, as the situation described here isn’t accurate. You did receive a full refund immediately for the £1 promotional item, which was the maximum resolution available given the value of the product.

While we understand frustration when an order isn’t correct, the issue itself was resolved promptly. For that reason, we’re disappointed to see the review move beyond the facts of the transaction and into personal character judgments, such as describing us as “unhumble.” Comments of that nature don’t relate to the outcome of the order and aren’t a fair reflection of how the situation was handled.

We’ve always aimed to treat customers respectfully and resolve genuine issues quickly and transparently, regardless of order value. In this case, we believe we acted reasonably and in good faith, and we stand by our response.
