I made an order and a half my item is the most expensive item was meant to be sent in a second package however, I never received I have sent three emails since and no response from the company. Such disappointing service from a Muslim run business. It will be 14 days on Friday and I will be claiming with my bank. - response to my review says the company is happy to help with issues that are genuine. Evidence can be provided of an email sent on the 23/01/25 and no response received why type of customer service is this and no delivery details including the tracking number were ever shared. Disgusting service. I am clearly not the only one who is experiencing this issue looking at the amount of reviews from people experiencing the same thing. Avoid buying form this business at all costs

We’ve reviewed this order and can confirm that the second package was dispatched and delivery was attempted by Royal Mail. As no one was available at the address, Royal Mail left a notification and arranged a reattempt. These notifications are automatically sent by Royal Mail via email and are outside of our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery attempts and notifications are handled solely by the courier, and we’re unable to influence their process.
We’d also like to clarify that whether we are a Muslim-owned business or not, we hold ourselves to the same standard: providing the best possible service to every customer. References to religion are not relevant to delivery matters and do not reflect how we operate.
We remain happy to assist with genuine issues and encourage customers to contact us directly so we can help resolve them appropriately.
No response! No refund!
No response! No refund! Nothing.
It’s like they’ve disappeared off the face of the earth. I’ve been buying from these guys for years and had no issues but I recently bought from their modest fashion range and the items are so huge that I had to return them.
I have emailed and emailed and then messaged them on insta and still no acknowledgment of my emails at all!
It’s been a month now and they haven’t bothered to refund me or let me know what’s going on.
But checking their insta they’re off to China fo business but can’t run the business properly and respond to people!
I won’t be buying from them again. Lost all trust.

Thanks for your comment. Just to clarify a few points: the purchase was made directly from EP Modest, and all communication and returns were handled via the official email address provided on the website, not through social media.
While we understand that different teams handle different parts of the business, customers are still entitled to timely acknowledgment and refunds once items are returned. In this case, it has been over a month with no response to multiple emails and no update on the refund, which is the core issue being raised.
Social media was only used as a last resort after repeated attempts to contact the business through the correct channels. Clear communication and basic customer service should not depend on which internal team is responsible.

Very cheaply made and burst straight away.
It burst on my daughter’s skin and has made a raised mark.
The trays come damaged this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this company and it will be the last.

Very poor service
Shocking company with very poor customer service. Placed an order for £100 for quite a few items, had the address for my work place, and checked it several times, over and over again. The email confirmation even shows delivery to work address.... and where does this company send my order? To my home address where I am not there. DPD delivered and left it behind my gate, I guess no fault as the driver did not know I would not be at home, so was there getting wet.
Tried to contact this company but no telephone number on their website and no option to speak to anybody to find out what happened and why did they not follow instruction. Would not recommend or purchase again. Very poor.

I am a regular customer
I am a regular customer, only place I will buy my Eid decor. Great quality items at such affordable prices. I was gutted to find they had stopped selling a certain Eid sack, I was unsure whether I would be able to get another. After messaging directly I was so kindly sent the exact same Eid sack, I had just given birth and panicked that my new child would not have, now all my children have matching ones for the future. Alhamdulillah. I am so very grateful.

Not competitively priced. Even when you overlook this to purchase a few items, you realise standard delivery is £6.99! Absolutely ridiculous postage pricing, especially when you're only purchasing two lightweight banners!
