Exactly as you'd want from a retailer like this; got my sticks of RAM within three days of ordering - exactly as described - perfectly packaged; protected for the journey, but not overly stuffed with rubbish and wasteful packaging. Prices very fair and competitive - you can get a good deal and still shop local/Irish.

Didn't have any dealings with customer support, but they did send an automated mail after a few days reminding me that I could reach out to them if I didn't receive my parcel. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

No nonsense online retailer - full disclosure of technical specs (including manufacturer's manuals), highly competitive price tags and fast delivery. Took me a while looking for a new laptop and I'm really glad I chose these guys.

I bought an APC UPS SRT1000XLI, Arrived within 2 day and Elara were cheap than anybody else by about €250.
WOULD 100% recommend.

I wish they had an option to pay with PayPal.

Had a very good experience. I purchased keyboard and mouse and few other small pieces of hardware like that on a couple of occasions. Always a prompt service and I am happy you return in the future.

Buyer Beware - hope you do not receive a faulty unit. Unfortunately, when it comes to after care service, Elara do not have any. This is the first bad review I have left in my life. I have made many purchases from Elara, and luckily all until this last one had no issues. Sooner or later you will find out. A large monitor was delivered and did not work - the base was faulty and would not click in. Elara refused to deal with this, I had to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer tech support said if I use them, I will be sent a reconditioned unit, not a new unit, so go back through the retailer. Elara continued to refuse to do anything to help. Over 5 weeks later, and still they had refused to collect / take action. I purchased the monitor because I needed it. I started to use the monitor without the stand. The monitor toppled and the screen broke - now I have lost the monitor because they would not take action in any reasonable timeframe. Disgraceful.

Avoid shopping at Elara.
My order was made 16 Dec 2021, despatched next day. Should be delivered 22-23 Dec.

I ordered an item paid for next day delivery way before 11 pm and still have not even had a dispatched message or anything to say my order is on its way there is no way I can cancel it either or get a refund it's a joke no one is telling me what is going on

I put in an order for a wifi router on a Friday, with standard delivery, and it arrived on Monday morning. Remarkably fast.

I had been let down by a company on Amazon for a monitor and was recommended Elara by a friend. They were easy to deal with as they had a live chat option for any queries. Monitor arrived within the promised 2-3 business days. Really good experience and likely to buy from them again.

Good selection of products and prompt response to emails but the items usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
Elara could up their game with dispatch and delivery times.

Value - Excellent. Varied selection of products, competitively priced, across a range of prices.

Delivery - Excellent. As expected, my order arrived in 2 - 3 business days and the delivery costs were priced fairly. For efficiency, Elara split my order into two deliveries. Both arrived on time.

User experience - Very good. The website was easy to use, shopping and ordering online was simple. Additional payment methods, like PayPal, would be a bonus; as would more product photos.

Product satisfaction - Excellent, no issues. My products arrived as advertised and in perfect working condition.

Communication - Excellent. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the process, from ordering to invoicing and delivery.

Recommendation - Excellent. I fully recommend Elara.

Made an order and it was dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 72. I ended up returning the product as I no longer needed it, contacted customer service and they sorted out the return without any hassle or issues. Refund was in my account within 10 days.

Also for anyone worried about brexit issues, this company appear to actually be Irish with products shipped from Dublin.

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to this time. I almost was discouraged by the negative comments, but I’m glad I went with the purchase regardless. The dealing with Elara was a pleasure from start to finish. I enquired over the phone that was picked up fast and the person who I was speaking to was knowledgeable and reassuring. The emails were answered almost instantly. The order arrived within 3 days from placing it WOW! Same item was stuck with Amazon for 2 weeks. Where Amazon has failed, Elara excelled. Everything as described and with a lightning delivery speed, the whole process exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
