They did it again! I ordered some devices from Elara for delivery in just 2 days and, they delivered it on time, in perfect conditions and all according the expected. Throughout the purchasing process, I asked several questions before I ordered and Kin Mak, the Customer Service representative from Elara always responded promptly, friendly and provided an excellent service and client's experience. They did it even beyond that. In the rush to order what I needed I forgot to include a HDMI cable in the same Free Shipping batch of products that I ordered. Then, when I realised I missed to include the cable a day later from the order, I sent Customer Service an email asking whether they could include the cable in the shipment to avoid the extra charge for delivery if I ordered it separately. They did it! And, not only that, they pointed me to a a less expensive one which complied with the same specs as the one I ordered but at a significantly less cost. All in all, a great experience!!

Bought a Bluray drive, and it was delivered the very next day. Working 100%

I've used Elara for about 6 years, since Dabs withdrew their sales from Ireland. I have had faulty items or incorrect items because of the description on the site, but they have taken the item back with no problem. But twice now I have had items they have refused to take back, and have had to use the bank's guarantee to get the money back instead. I had a power supply that was clearly faulty (no 5v line, only the fans and drives powered up) and Kin Mak refused the replacement, saying that they had tested it and it was working, and that obviously I didn't have the knowledge or qualifications to check it. Having worked with computers for nearly 40 years, I think I'd know how to change a power supply. And now, they have decided to not accept a projector that was advertised as short throw, and when I checked and contacted them they then changed their website description. Now I have a projector (for a school, I hasten to add) that requires a good 40 foot before the image is large enough and clear enough and no way to send it back. Looks like I'll be contacting my credit card company again...

I had used Elara for work requirements for many years, but had no need for any further purchases for a few years. Recently I found an item I wanted for a personal purchase. I got a quick answer to my email questions prior to purchase. As a result, I bought the LG OLED77CX (a 77 inch OLED TV) for the best price I have yet seen in Ireland including 5 year warranty. Even beating the best UK prices. The TV and matching wall mount were delivered 2 days later. Excellent service, no hassle!

I have used Elara on a number of occasions and have always found them to be responsive and quick. Everything has always been delivered the next day.

Recently, I needed advice on something before purchasing. They could not have been more helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to give me good advice.

In my opinion, Elara is the best place to buy technology in Ireland.

I have just bought an iPad Pro from Elara with the best price I could find in Ireland and it really came within 2 business days as promised (I live in Dublin). The device was new and working perfectly and it was delivered in a sturdy, safe box. Will definitely buy again from this store and already recommended it to friends on the hunt for an iPad Pro.

Ordered my item on Sunday it said 2-3 days for delivery and today is Friday and still no item. Very disappointed won’t be ordering again.

We have had a terrible experience with Elara. We purchased a costly Epson printer from Elara, the item was faulty. We contacted Elara on Tuesday, had to go through the online return procedure, it was Thursday before I received an email to say the item had to be returned by us to Elara. They have since, after a difficult call, agreed to pick the item up, we don't know when, we don't know how long before we get a replacement. If you have a small business like us and would be relying on fast delivery, good customer service this is not the company for you.

I am a first time customer who made the mistake of
choosing Elara as a reliable Irish supplier of computer part. This was
a first time order in the naive hope of finding a company in ireland
who can actually deliver what they promise.

I ordered an Internal hard drive from you, and was delighted to
receive a message yesterday stating it would be delivered today by DPD
on the 23rd Jan 2019. This involve me having to be here to take
delivery.

After waiting in allday, no such delivery has occurred, which is
typical of the useless Couriers in this country.

Had you sent it via the normal and reliable An Post i would have had a
30 minute window from 11:am to 11@30, to wait. which is the normal
time our reliable postman usually delivers.

It will not concern you in the slightest i,m sure, that you have just
lost 5 customers (myself and 5 sons in I.T) but if you continue to
select DPD as your method of delivery, i am sure your company will go
the same way as so many other failed PC hard ware companies in the
near future. had i known you were using couriers instead of An Post i
would not have placed an order in the first place.

I will be returning this order and expect a full refund in full by
return including postage which was not delivered on time. This cost me
a days wages also.having to wait in an entire day for nothing.
