Bought a game and there was a piece missing. Emailed ELC with pictures and receipt. Had a new game sent to me a few days later. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately my item got lost in the delivery process, but I contacted Customer Services who were very friendly & efficient and they arranged a replacement with priority delivery

Amazing service. Sent pictures of broken hinge on post box toy and response was beyond expectation - a new post box arrived in the post with their complements.
Really grateful.

Ordered a item online, charged but no confirmation email, product still in my online basket. No product arrived. Contacted the early learning center the matter was rectified quickly and a refund issued with 24hrs. Although the initial experience was poor when purchasing my product the customer service was brilliant.

Placed an online order 2 weeks ago, got an email confirmation of my order that day and didn't hear anything else after that. Contacted ELC today to see what was taking my order so long and they said oh it was returned to us a week ago becuase the packaging was damaged!!! When was I going to be made aware of this??? No order repackaged and sent out, no refund, no email updating me of this... Asked for my order to be sent back out again only to be told that a number of my items were now out of stock!! What happened to my items that were returned, why were they not sent back out to me?? And to top it all off they have just stopped communicating with me, so don't know if I'm getting the rest of my order or getting refunded.. Will not be ordering anything from ELC again, customer service is a joke !!

I had to get in touch with customer service and went on live chat. They were quick and efficient and sorted the problem out for me within 5 minutes. Superb customer care and service.

I wanted to return items I purchased online, for collection, however, I changed my mind the next day I went on the live chat thinking that It would have taken a very long time, but within a minute an agent named Charlie came on the live chat and then he resolved my issue within 2 minutes, pretty fast I have waited longer!
