The service provided from start to finish was exceptional, I received e-mails informing me of every step that would be taken and the cooker was delivered a little earlier than stated which was perfect (the delivery men rang to say they would be early as well). The delivery men were very polite and did the job they came for with no attitude. The price was also good, all in all a good buy and would buy from them again. The whole process was hassle free which is unusual these days. Have informed the company personally about this service.

Fantastic delivery,washing machine was £100 cheaper than anywhere else, just a great service.

The delivery team were fantastic in and out no fussing, brillant service - no more of this nonense of waiting in all day for delivery, they had it down to a fine art delivering within an allocated time slot of 1 hr 20 mins.
They were lovely and I must say it was a great decision to go with 123 electrical - will definately buy off them again in the future

I hadn't heard of this company so read some reviews before deciding whether to use them to purchase a new fridge freezer. I was delighted with the service. The item was cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered it on the friday morning, they emailed confirmation, and I also received a text message on the Friday evening with a delivery time slot for the Sat morning. The item was delivered within the time slot by 2 very helpful men who unpacked it, put it in place, removed all the packaging and the old appliance. It couldn't have been easier and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends.

The worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. Considering this is an arm of the Co-operative group it is even worse. I purchased a Combination Microwave in May & it failed 6 weeks ago. Since then I have been trying to speak to someone about it. The only contact number puts you in a queue never to be answered & emails are also ignored. To make matters worse they now only appear to trade on Ebay. I have now been forced to buy a replacement Microware & will issue a summons in the small claims court if that's what it takes to recover what Electrical123 owe me.

Excellent service! Ordered a Beko washing machine on Wednesday delivered well within time slot on Friday! Drivers were great no problem delivering to first floor flat without lift! took all packaging away checked machine to ensure no damage! You guys thinking about ordering JUST DO IT! this is the Co-Op you are dealing with they just trade under the Electrical 123! Everything they said would happen did! And all those people out there looking for a really great washing machine with loads of extras and at a silly price(best out there!) then think about Beko they are well worth it!!

Pleasantly surprised, delivery on time. When i read price could change on the agreement section i had doubts. but the price remained the same. One thing was not quite right, unless i miss understood. Delivery said TV would be unpacked and positioned, before signing for it. it was not. was told there would have been a tick on the drivers sheet if that was the case as they charge for this service. so had to sign for the product and unpack build and position it myself. good job the product was fine,

will use them again though punctual and value for money.

I purchased a Morphy Richards breadmaker from this store to replace one which died after many years good service. The breadmaker came with a two year guarantee, but developed a fault after about 10 months. I contacted Electrical 123 Store who replied within hours, saying they did not have a replacement in stock, but offered to collect the faulty item from my home address and give me a full refund - and we live out in the sticks in N Devon. Can you beat that for superb customer service?

bought a tv from this lot that developed a fault. rang customer services who told me to contact the manufacturer myself to arrange repair, totally in contravention of the sale of goods act and all at my expense. will never buy from these charletons again

I was a bit worried as I had never heard of this company before and always used the high street stores, however after lots of searching, they were much cheaper than everywhere else and the reviews were good. Ordering was easy and delivery was within 2 day. I was then given a time slot of an hour in my case between 10 and 11 am,which meant i didn't have to take a day of work to wait in . The delivery guys were brilliant as well and rang me to say they would be here within 20 mins . There was a slight scratch on the door and a reduction was offered which we accepted and within a few hours i've had the credit note through. Cannot fault this service. Everything from start to finish has been easy and professional. Absolutely fantastic service i would recommend this company and would certainly use them again in fact they will be top of my list for any future electrical purchases. 10/10

Surfing the web for an i pod dock found the one i wanted but some providers wanted p+p and after some time found Electrical 123.The item was cheaper and with 2 day free delivery and i could also choose the date,how good is that.
Received a 1 hour delivery slot so my day wasnt wasted

I ordered a Hotpoint washing machine on a Wednesday afternoon and needed it as quickly as possible. I was impressed that I could have it delivered by the Friday of that week. The price was extremely competitive and saved me a lot of money compared to other companies. I received an email acknowledgement of my order and a despatch advice. I also received a text message to confirm the 2 hour delivery slot which was very helpful. The machine arrived on Friday morning and was unpacked by the delivery men. They also took my old machine away (extra £9.99), which saved me a lot of bother. They were very amenable and careful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a good price, quick delivery and good service. Many thanks.

I don't usually write reviews but this company was so good I felt I had to. Ordered a tumble dryer easily on the phone & got the best price I could find on the net, was offered free next day delivery, received e-mails throughout keeping me informed & then received a text with 1hr delivery slot, thought it was to good to be true but tumble dryer arrived on time, was carried upstairs (I live in a flat) by 2 very polite delivery men without any fuss. Would recommend this company to everyone.

I had a Beko freezer.
The price was the best to be found.
The delivery was fast and time schedule was spot on.
E mails are there every step of the way and a phone call about 30 minutes before they arrived.

Just bought Hotpoint washing machine and Hotpoint tumble dryer from Electrical 123...both very good value. Came within 2 days from ordering with free postage! Received email the day before with delivery time slot and a phone call on the day 20 minutes before being delivered.

Well what a 1st class service. Will certainly use in the future and will highly recommend Electrical 123.
