Fantastic service

Our washing machine failed overnight Thursday / Friday flooding the kitchen..
Local shops either didn't stock what we wanted and were up to £100 more expensive than electrical123 which we found after an internet search.
Phoned them at 09:00 on Friday morning and a sympathic salesman took our order and said that it would be delivered from 08:15 to 10:15 on Sat morning.
Machine arrived at 09:15 and I had it installed and running by 10:30 !
What fantastic service and free delivery (on a Saturday)
Thoroughly recommended.

excellent electrical123!

I bought a coolzone small freezer for £80. Excellent service,delivered on time straight into my flat (you can choose delivery day from the calendar).No charge for delivery (and best product price). The freezer works excellently,is plenty of room inside and doesn't make any noise.Absolutely satisfied!

Excellent service and value

I bought a fridge freezer which was delivered in two days and within the two hour time slot; the delivery men where very helpful with a difficult delivery, they also took away all the packaging. My saving on this purchase was £ 177 over the highstreet price. I will definatley use Electrical123 again.

Almost brilliant delivery system

Ordered my plasma here as it was the cheapest I could find and the reviews were good. The delivery system gives you a 2 hour slot (not absolutely guaranteed) in as little as 2 days time, which is a big step above most etailers. Someone rang to do security checks as I'd only recently moved to the address, and as there were a couple of sticky times when I didn't want delivery (school runs) they assured me that I could just ring up when I got my times and change if they weren't convenient. Great in theory, but in practise I got an email at 18.51 - their call centre closes at 19.00, and the SMS didn't arrive until several hours later. So, as long as you can guarantee someone will be around (you get charged if they have to redeliver) then 5 stars, otherwise 4 and a bit. Product arrived in the time slot specified so no complaints.

Excellent service

Tumble dryer ordered on Saturday evening, email confirmation received straight away. Email on Monday stating delivery slot. Dryer received Tuesday a few minutes before the slot stated.
Delivery staff most helpful, unpacked goods, took the packaging away with them, moved my old dryer into my garage for me.
All this for a very competitive price.
I will most certainly use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Excellent Service

I chose my dushwasher whch was at least £50 cheaper than anywhere else and picked a delivery date 2 days later. They kept in touch by email acknowledging the order, then sent a receipt via email for the payment. The evening before delivery I got a text message giving me a 10.54 to 12.54 time slot. at 9.30 on the delivery day I got an apologetic phone call asking would I mind if delivery was between 2 and 3. As I was off work all day I said no and my delivery came at 2.20. Top notch, would I use them again? you bet I would.

Very slick & efficient

Ordering online was easy and the delivery dates was within a couple of days. When they arrived they took out the old freezer and unpacked the new one. Told me some essential information and left no mess. I couldn't ask for more.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a steam generator from them in March 2010 costing £68 this item has hardly been used several weeks ago it started seeping water so it was impossible to use and possibly dangerous with the amount of water seeping out I contacted the company on 24th August and they said they would contact Polti to arrange a repair, not hearing anything for a few days I e mailed Alex back in customer services after a couple of days I got an e mail apologising and saying they would contact Polti again. I have still not received any phone call from Polti and I have e mailed Alex back several more times and I dont even get a reply to my e mails I have sent about 6 in total the last time he replied to me was 6th September which is a week ago. I would never buy from this company again - admittedly their dispatch is quick but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent in price, delivery and customer service

I ordered a washer/dryer on Sunday and got it delivered on Thursday, exactly within the timeframe agreed. Kept informed of delivery by text and e-mail. The delivery guys were fantastic, they worked quickly but very efficiently. I was a bit cautious about using this company as I had never heard of them before. However, the washer/dryer was an unbelievable £100 cheaper than Comet so I went for it. So glad I did. I would absolutely recommend this company to any of my friends/relatives and will certainly use them when purchasing any other electrical products.

First Class Service, Best Price, Kept Me Fully Informed

I have just bought a new fridge from this company. They offered the best price and actually had the item in stock and available for delivery (unlike so many other retailers!). They kept me fully informed via emails and text. The delivery guys called me on the day to say they would like to deliver 2 hours earlier than planned (which suited me fine). They were were very efficient and helpful when they arrived - perfect!

My only comment would be that the company should make it clear that they are part of the Co-operative Society, just to add more credibility to themselves. I nearly didn't use them as I had never heard of Electrical123 and it was only when I discovered that they were part of the Co-op was I happy to order with them.

I would definately use this company again (order no. WE0168460).

OK SERVICE BUT CAUTION RECOMMENDED

I bought a freezer recently. It arrived 3hrs ealier than time slot given(not very happy about that cos that disrupted my plans for the day) and the delivery man did not bother to get my neighbour whom he dumped my item with to sign a receipt or something (they just seemed to be far too much in a hurry). Secondly, on opening the package, the door of the freezer had a dent (i can live with that but am not completely happy). On the whole, ok service, offers on items are good and i can recommend to friends but will ask them to be cautious of the delivery man and check item before allowing them leave. I mean they just dumped my package with my neighbour, no receipt nothing.

Excellent serive from start to finish !!!

Have just purchased a Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher from Electrical 123. From start to finish the service couldn't be faulted...everything went according to plan and I saved approx £90.00 overall. Anyone who reads this should have no hesitation in using the company as they are spot on.

An example of their superb service....received a text to advise that delivery would take place on Saturday morning between 07:00-08:00 hrs. Delivery was made at 07:00 hrs and took about 10 minutes to complete...brilliant and couldn't ask for more.

The best company I have ever dealt with....

And that’s saying something!!
I can honestly say that this is by far the best company I have bought from and they have a customer for life.
How often do people write a good review.. ten times more people comment if they get bad service than when they get excellent service so all these great reviews really says something.
I bought a Samsung American fridge freezer, I bought it because it had the water dispenser in the fridge saving the much needed space in the freezer, it wasn’t plumbed in and the best price was a bonus…. But actually it was the worst item I have ever bought. The first one I received the doors were on wonky! And it had to be replaced as it could have affected the seal, now I had already filled it with the food from the freezer I had previously, so, when the engineer said it had to be replaced I lost my frozen food, Electrical 123 were so apologetic and gave me £50 cash back for the inconvenience.
The second I had would freeze right up there were icicles hanging from the door and after about 3 engineer visits to defrost a frost free freezer it randomly defrosted completely and again I lost everything. This time I phoned up and said I no longer wanted it repaired I wanted a new one but I did not want the same model or even make, I searched on the internet and found a new LG that has the water in the fridge and doesn’t need to be plumbed in. However electrical 123 do not sell this item so they went incredibly out of there way to buy in 1!!!!!!!!! Just for me! How many high street stores would do that?
I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Adam who kept me informed daily of the negotiation on price and delivery etc between 123 and LG, He was such a helpful genuine person to deal with and managed to get a competitive price although there was no bulk discount.. My LG is perfect and quality that is ten times that of the Samsung and I would like to genuinely thank 123 electrical for there fantastic 5* customer service. (And not to forget there prices are the cheapest)

3 weeks and still waiting...

Having spent the time to buy a new fridge freezer online, selecting a date for delivery, 20 minutes on hold trying to call them to confirm my order and delivery date (as i needed to make sure it would arrive as i had to take a day off work) some now 3 weeks after my original order and still no fridge freezer.

It has been 2 delivery dates passed and the third is on Tuesday. It is just not good enough. Each time they tell me that they have a delay from their supplier even though they advertise the item as in stock and allowed me to select a delivery date. When i talk to them on the phone it is like they are reading from a script just telling me what is on my order confirmation. It is only after asking to speak with several managers i get someone who tells me the truth about how they did not have any stock and they have been waiting for a delivery from Zanussi. They made no apologies and said if i wanted a refund i needed to WRITE TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE?! who would take 28 days to come back to me! I asked if i could swap to an item which was in stock and i was told that the only item they have in stock was an Indesit in silver and everything else i would have to wait for.

So i don´t know what to do from here. I just have to hope it comes this Tuesday but I'm not betting on it. If i had known the item was not in stock i would not have ordered from them and would have ordered elsewhere. I wont be using this company again.

Fantastic service

I ordered a fridge freezer last Friday morning (my old one was frosting up badly and on it's last legs). On Friday evening I received a text from Electrical123 informing me of my time slot for the next day delivery (between 8.06am and 10.06am). Fridge freezer was on my doorstep at 8.45am the very next day. I am so impressed by this company.

Fantastic company

In the midst of a stressful kitchen re-build I ordered from this company and received excellent customer service. The delivery was promt- less than 2 days from ordering. The delivery men were extremely polite and helpful. Items I ordered were not only cheaper than everywhere else but also free prompt home delivery-puts companies like Argos to shame!
It`s great to find a company like electrical 123.com I shall be recommending them to everyone now, many thanks!

Outstanding

Very weary about buying large electrical items from an online retailer. I used these guys because of positive reviews. In return I received fantastic service compared to others i've used. They did exactly what they said they would and communicaiton via email and text was first rate. I would definately use them again.
