EXCELLENT SERVICE
I ordered a Zanussi washing machine on tuesday evening at the best price on the net.Unlike other companies charging £29.99 for delivery I was happy to find electrical 123 for free !!.Delivery confirmed as 2 days and a two hour drop off time between 8 30 and 1030.To my pleasure it actually arrived 40 minutes early on the thursday as agreed.Beat that !!!!

Excellent service from order to delivery
I ordered a Bosch dishwasher and the order was confirmed straight away. I was able to choose a delivery day and the appliance arrived four days after ordering it. I recieved a text and email the day before delivery to inform me of my 2 hour slot. Will certainly recommend to friends! Thank you!

Bought a dishwasher from these, based on customer reviews and an excellent price. Very easy to use them, pretty precise delivery time - they gave about a 2 hour slot and turned up within 10 minutes of the start of it. they texted ahead and were easy to get though to when I had a question. no probs at all.

Amazing service and best prices.
I ordered my Zanussi washing machine at around 11am on Tuesday, order and delivery timeslot of 2 hours was confirmed by e-mail and text, item was delivered in under 24 hours at around 9.30am on the Wednesday. The TWO delivery guys were helpful and polite. I would not hesitate to reccomend this Company to anyone and will always use them in the future, i have bought a number of appliances online but never felt the need to express my satisfaction in this way before. Well Done. !!!!.

This is how a company should operate
I ordered 2 items at 09.30 on Friday.
Received text and email in evening informing me goods would be delivered between 07.14 and 09.14 on Saturday.
Got email at 0430 Saturday saying my goods were being dispatched. From 175 miles away.
Got call from delivery driver at 08.00,checking directions (my address is a new build house not on sat navs yet)
Delivered 08.20
Fantastic service, and they were cheaper than EVERYONE ELSE.
Plus free delivery (OK, I paid £10 for a Saturday delivery)
NO company could do this better!
