Listed on their website that it would arrive next day. Still not here over a week later. Chased it up, supposedly they are waiting for it from a supplier. Rubbish service.

This is clearly shown on the product page, where it is marked as a supplier-stocked item with an estimated lead time of 4 to 5 working days. Wrong product for a client. After 2nd phone call I was offered free return and refund. Very important when running a tightly run business as a sole trader.

They will not accept returns
They will not accept returns, they use the excuse that the packaging is damaged, which in my case was totally untrue. They are just a broker and have no means of handling return items themselves.
