Only giving a 4 as I had to contact the company due to no lights and no contact from the company. However, I appreciate during this crisis things are not running normally and I did eventually receive an apology and the lights I had ordered. I have purchased from this company before and will do so again.

What is going on? 🤔
I was very disappointed with the delivery and billing of my solar lights. The order was placed then after a long delay I still hadn't received them. I phoned ridiculous voicemail saying closed for Christmas. 🤔 So presumed the company had closed down. So ordered from a different site. Lights came from Electrical supplies. Lights were good hence extra star. Then received email with another order we didn't place. Phoned them to cancel. Found they had taken another payment without authorisation. What a hassle. Even though they had proof themselves of extra payment I had to email my bill before they refunded. Pleased with product and price reasonable but not happy with having to sort mix up.

Order no. 000014365... 3 weeks since ordering!!! No reply to my e-mail and also no reply to my message via their contact us page!!! They have taken my money and I have no goods to show for it!!! Very poor service and I will certainly never be using this company again!!!

11”immersion heaters
On the 3rd of April I placed an order for 2, 11”inch immersion heaters on the 9th of April I had a delivery of one immersion heater. I have had no response from the emails that I have sent and the phone line goes straight to voicemail with a Christmas greeting
I would like to receive what I have paid for or a refund.

Very poor service
Whilst I appreciate we are in the middle of the covid issue I ordered lights on 30 March 2020.
On the 1 April they confirmed dispatch.
Now on 21 April I have still not recieved anything.
I understand they might have closed however there is nothing to stop them answering my emails or telephone calls. There is even a recorded message on the answering machine saying they are closed for Christmas and will be open again January..... its April.
Like I said I know the country has issues and they may have closed but phones can be answered or diverted and emails can still be answered.

I know that covid 19 has caused problems for everybody but when I have paid online for next day delivery and I haven't received my delivery 2 days later .
