A good quality product - Noma Christmas lights-at a competitive price. Was a bit delayed in delivery though, hence only 4 stars. Arrived quickly after I had phoned to chase up the order.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Waited Over a week to hear back regarding delivery after I placed the order, Then had to ring them a week later to find out what was happening with it, then I get an email saying the part is discontinued!!!
Lost the job because of this poor service!!! DO NOT USE THIS USELESS INEPT COMPANY.

Poor
Bought an item marked as next day delivery. Didn't get any notification to say this wouldn't be the case and stayed in all of the following day expecting to receive the item, but nothing turned up. Received the items 4 working days after being ordered. Poorly packed with the outer box half open and badly beaten on arrival. Several of the lights (floating around in the box with no extra protection) had come out of there boxes and got scratched.
Poor service, poor delivery and poor packaging.

The item received, a solar powered light, did not work but Electrical Supplies sent a replacement out immediately and the problem was resolved.
