Really great experience and fantastic staff
Really great experience ordering new radiators - staff was very helpful and flexible, willing to split my shipment in two and not charge me for the extra shipping. I was very impressed, and would thoroughly recommend!

Incorrect item supplied on first order
Incorrect item supplied on first order, however all was fixed with one email and them sending the correct item and picking up the incorrect one a couple of days later.
I will use them again.

The worst experience of trying to order an on the wall water heater for my office. Tried to do it via the website, no joy. Rang up and spoke to someone . Chased it again seven days later - guess what - they had no record of the order . Useless
