I can honestly say I’m delighted with my new bike affectionately known as ‘Lecky’. Stuart was wonderful from first to last, even delivering my bike to me as I was local. In fact it was because Electric Bike World was so local that I decided to buy it. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve had about the bike since I bought it. It look high end and it is. The customer service has been top class too

Unfortunately the "in stock" proved to be anything but. Then promises of a late delivery failed to materialise. I had to keep chasing them for updates and eventually cancelled without ever getting the bike. Shame because they looked good at the outset.

The Mountain Sport has proved to be a thouroughy reliable machine.
it has gone on working for years with no trouble and the 18Ah battery is greater capacity than almost any other bike on the market. The fact that the battery is produced using Samsung cells is reassuring. All the other components of the bike stand up well to long term use.

I have had my Alpine Sports bike for three months and am very pleased with it. The assistance given by the motor makes my daily ride up a long hill pleasurable rather than painful. I am also enjoying the extras that improve my riding enjoyment. I encounter mad dogs and loopy children daily, but the brakes are so efficient that I haven’t killed anything yet. The balance of the bike enables me to hold at a standstill while the problems decide what they are doing. The handgrips are comfortable. The seat is not slippery and is well shaped. The pedals grip smooth soled shoes and also are reflective. The throttle enables me to pull off quickly and smoothly even up hill. It is the extras that make the bike special to me.
The staff at the shop are pleasant and efficient and provide good old-fashioned service, nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Purchased my bike about six years ago and have just had my battery tested....its only a bit less efficient than when new. I’m not sure how many other companies battery’s last this long!!
I would certainly recommend Electric Bike World...their product is a market leader and they have excellent after sales service.

Great bike, highly recommended, exactly what I was looking for. Easily doing around 30 miles on full battery, higher assistance. Love the throttle function, just like a scooter. The best way to commute for me, fast, reliable, cheap.
The support is great as well, Stuart helped me in a very professional and efficient way, sending me a replacement very fast.

I went to electric bike world after reading positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Stuart was very helpful in every way possible. I felt under no pressure to buy my bike, Stuart took me to an area behind the shop and let me have a test ride. I was very impressed and immediately ordered my bike(the traveller). After a week or so of owning my bike I wanted some info about my bike so I rang the shop and Stuart gave me the information I wanted. Trust me, these bikes are built to last. Ken.

I am over the moon with my bike ,it has got me out of a lot of hassle ,i was driving down the m27 when my car engine blew up now i have no car,my electric bike has saved the day i am surprised at the mileage it can do, also the money i save on fuel i would have used, i recommend a electric bike to any one , it be easy to say that at the age of 85 ,i can see me going past 90 on my bike , it is so well made and the parts has been assembled by people who has taken a bit of pride in their job, and the hand welding ,perfect , John

Riding a bike to work I want to feel safe and on this bike I do because of it's build quality , breaks and motor and a high attention to detail on the bikes also when required A Very, Very good service , and very nice people who when you call , your a name to them and your important, that's what counts as far as the bike goes it's feels good To have backup from the guys there .
l have had over the years been using the mountain sports bike now for the past 7 years.
The reason I started to use the bikes was because I broke my knee and after surgery and physio therapy I was left with little muscle in my leg. It was left to me to rebuild the muscle . As before my accident I was A keen cyclist well when I was younger but I thought a good way to rebuild the muscles in my leg , but as I was quickly informed how was I going to push the cycle up any kind of gradient as I have the littlest leg muscles this is why I went for the life cycle mountain sport (the most powerful battery , frame and motor with great stopping power ) because to start off with I could get about building up the leg muscles and when I hit the little uphill bit the bike done the business ,without any fear of any hard impact to the knee .
Now I ride 10miles a day to work and 10 miles home, so this bike has lots of benefits, it's all good ..
As I tell everyone who asks about this means of transport, it is the way forward,this is the way to get and keep yourself fit but also save money, your wallet will like that.
