Thank you for your review although we were a little surprised that you rated us quite so poorly… We’re very sorry that you feel the way you do and if you do choose to try us again that your experience will be better.
Having double checked our records we can see that you placed your order on a Friday Afternoon and it was delivered by the following Tuesday. We also see that unfortunately the earth spike was missing and in all honesty we cannot confirm absolutely if the fault lies with us or the courier, but immediately after you advised us that it was missing, we arranged for a replacement to be dispatched to you.
We do realise that it must have been frustrating not to get through to the sales office directly when you phoned and this was due to a combination of factors, but we did return your calls the same day and had believed we’d resolved the problem to your satisfaction.
As this was obviously not the case we hope you will please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience we caused you.

All pretty straight forward. An item I ordered wasn't in stock (these things happen) but I received a phone call more or less immediately and got things sorted. The item arrived a few days late but overall I think a good service.
I would recommend this company (I already have to a local farmer)....

This was a replacement for a lower powered battery only Gemini unit which had stopped working after about four or five years. Arrived promptly, dropped straight onto the existing stake lugs and works perfectly.

The service provided was very good and the two fox deterent products purchased arrived very promptly.
As for the products we are still pestered by foxes and the mess they make of the garden and the mess they leave behind. Maybe we need twenty rather than just two of the detergents but ar circa £50 each not really a viable option.

We’re sorry to learn that the foxes are still visiting, but please do persevere with the deterrents as they are rarely an instant fix to the problem, particularly if the foxes have been visiting for some time and know they are safe in your garden. Reports suggest that the regular visitors can take as long as four months before making the association of irritating sound to location and move on, but apparently the “new ones” don’t stay.
As you suggested, it would definitely be worth adding a couple more deterrents (the number depends on size of garden), but we would suggest trying 1 or 2 of the bright eyes type to give you a more effective deterrent effect and we believe that combining deterrent types increases the deterrent effect.
In case you are interested in trying and as thanks for your review, we would like to offer you 1 or 2 of these alternative deterrents at our cost price in the hope that they will help you, but please also be aware that if the foxes reasons for visiting are strong enough, it might be necessary to talk about fencing. Please let us know if you would be interested.
