Squirrels
I had been plagued by squirrels (several families of them)
You have done solved the problem
1 isolate feeder by hanging on a cable tie
2 connect all metal "feeding points" with thin copper wire
3 connect positive output from unit to feeder
4 connect negative to metal feeder post
5 no more squirrels !!
PS Squirrels were eating 5 times the amount of seed than the birds!

We’re very sorry to learn that you’ve experienced some difficulties, but also a little unsure whether we understand your comment correctly. Do you mean that you had nowhere to mount the deterrent you purchased? Or that you couldn’t use the mounting bracket provided and had to improvise somehow?
All sonic and ultrasonic pest deterrents work best when mounted at the height of the target species, either on a wall or a post as pictured on the website. But if absolutely necessary they can also sit on the ground, although this isn’t ideal and you’re likely to lose a degree of their deterrent effect; the device would also require more regular maintenance if on the ground.
If we’re misunderstanding you and there is something wrong with the device, or the bracket was missing or faulty then please accept our sincere apologies and let us know so that we can resolve the problem.

I purchased a electric fence energiser for use at my stables. The product I wanted was out of stock, so they contacted me to inform of that but I was away on business at the time and was difficult to contact, however they persevered and my product was upgraded free of charge and delivered on time. Superb customer service, very knowledgeable and willing to give advice and ideas over the phone with pros and cons of the different ways of fencing my horse paddocks. I ordered some bits and pieces for my electric fencing online, and the next day Andy rang me up and offered me a better fencifier as an alternative because the company had received a faulty batch of the one I had ordered. Andy modified my order to achieve a much better solution for my needs than I had chosen by myself off the website. The delivery company then messed up the delivery of part of the order (damaged in transit) which, again, the company resolved very quickly and re-shipped the damaged component. This is the second time I have used this company and I have had excellent experiences both times.

Ordered a pair of Numax batteries, one of which had leaked when I received them. One phone call and a new one was on it's way. I also had a courtesy call to check all was fine. I wish every company would behave like this.
