Product as described and delivered efficiently

As a retired person living in Garmouth, Morayshire, I spend a lot of time taking my four dogs for walks along tracks and over fields near my house. In the past I have had some nasty jolts by coming into contact with live wires around farmer's fields. Although I could see the wires, I had no means of telling whether they were live or not, until I bought your Hotline product.

I have now successfully tested farm wires with Hotline, and can confidently take my dogs for their walks without getting an electric shock, and would recommend it to anyone. Full marks!

The battery was flat on the original tester that was ordered and on contacting the company I found them excellent with their Customer Service. The staff were very polite and helpful in resolving the situation and a new tester was sent in the post.
