Fast delivery and exactly what I needed to replace an 8-yr old unit which had just failed.

I've bought a Shrike energiser, the earth rod and some replacement crocodile clips and each time the service was excellent - easy to use website, cheapest price I could find, quick delivery and a good quality product.

I bought torch three years ago but only recently charged up to use. Halogen bulb did not work! presumed it was the bulb as lcd ring works perfectly. Purchased two new halogen bulbs which arrived quickly and well packed, but torch still no good re halogen bulb use!

Having placed my order it transpired that Hotline no longer stocked the item I required. Inavata went the extra mile and managed to track down a replacement product for me in Germany, which was delivered in a couple of days. Very helpful indeed.

I called to amend my order & chatted through what I wanted to do & was guided through what I could use to do the job. Good advice & really helpful as I ended up calling a few times!

I spoke with a guy called Andy concerning differences between two products, one of which I’d already ordered online the previous day. He agreed the cheaper product was almost identical to the more expensive model I’d ordered and could see no reason to spend unnecessarily so offered an exchange of item and refund of the price difference. Not only this but he withdrew the more expensive model until the exact differences could be established, thereby stopping anyone else from making a similar error.

This kind of customer focus and care is extremely rare nowadays and it was almost a shock to be treated with complete honesty. Excellent stuff, guys!
